This place is a joke. I called 3 different times to be left on hold for 20 mins at a time just to be forwarded to voicemail. Talking to the staff onsite, they honestly couldn’t care less. On top of that, they’re never in time. Expect to wait 90-120 mins WITH an appointment. Go anywhere else but this dump

Would never recommend this place to anyone. The doctors here are more interested in selling you products to keep your suffering dog alive. Our family dog had kidney failure, was 16 years old and could no longer hold himself up or bear weight on his legs to the point where he was voiding on himself. We were told to come in and we would be assisted with end of the life services and would be able to say our good byes—all to be told that our dog could live longer with pain medications and were refused euthanasia. Pain meds for kidney failure!?! Absolutely disappointed, disgusted and appalled that this place is even in operation. There’s plenty of amazing vets in our county, don’t come to this commercialized pill mill for your fur babies!!

Went to Banfield Hospital due to my Sheprador had a bit of a cough. Was getting worried due to me taking him to the doggie park. The folks at Banfield took in him, looked at him, felt around, drew blood and the gave him some antibiotics for 10 days. Great service and follow ups.

Everyone at the Boynton Beach location shows how much they care about animals and the animals know it. Titus hasn’t met anyone there he doesn’t like even when they give him a manicure! ?

Terrible service. I have been on phone 3 times to get my dogs prescription sent to pharmacy. Not only was it not done but Banfield has no record of my calls or requests. Uncaring front desk

Took my kitten there to get checked out since I found her outside. Got all the tests and vaccines done that was great. BUT they took a fungal culture of my kitten and told me results would take 3-5 business days…. We’ll it took 14 days to get the results back and no one called me to confirm when they got the results back and to let me know they were positive for my kitten. I called everyday checking for the results. I then called again after a whole week of hearing nothing, to be informed they got the results on the 26… yet the doctor that saw my kitten never called and reached out to me letting me know anything and that further medication was needed…. I am pissed bc now the fungal infection has spread to my other animals & no one at banfield seemed to see that positive culture results were urgent.

Called to get a simple question answered. Was placed on a "brief hold" that consisted of a 20 minute wait. Had to call in from a second number while still on hold to be met with another "can we place you on a brief hold?" at which point I explained I was already on hold on the parked call for 20 minutes and asked if she really needed another brief moment. With a sigh the receptionist took my call and spent time with me as if the brief moment was never needed... made me feel uncomfortable and first impressions last. Will not be bringing my pupper here.

I’m incredibly disappointed in the lack of follow through. I had a simple well visit with my anxious cat and the doctor agreed to put him on fluoxetine.Well it has been almost 2 weeks since my appointment and the prescription has not been sent into the pharmacy. I understand it’s a pain because he needs liquid meds but it’s not THAT bad. I’m so so sad to have been let down so hard.Edited to add that I have called the office multiple times asking for the prescription to be sent in and the support staff has been kind and reached out to the doctor for me. I’m grateful for their support.

Poor service. Missed a walnut size cancer nugget in my 1st dog's jaw. Cant get an appointment for my next dog. Cant even get her nails cut. Wait forever. If you have a family, job, friends, or a dog, dont go there. You're wasting your time. I plan on canceling the plan the day it comes up for renewal.
