Yesterday I purchased over 100$ worth of bath and body works items for my son’s teachers. I was never offered the 35$ free kit. Mind you there were tons of kits back there. I go in today, to return one of the items I purchased because it was an aromatherapy set and not the set that includes the bath, spray, and lotion. I informed the, manager on duty (Sunday, December 17 at 1 pm) that the cashier never offered me my gift box and their was many gift boxes at the time of the purchase. She did not care. She didn’t acknowledge me nor the issue that her cashier made a mistake. Her advice was go to Delray. Delray didn’t make the mistake.I’m going to Delray, because I have to purchase these gifts for my son’s teacher but is extremely disappointed with her leadership skills.Her director/ store manager should train her on rectifying all mistakes made from her staff. I will never shop at this location again!

Employees don’t know what they’re doing! Especially at register! They don’t even know their own policy on returns! Also went against customers.
