This best buy is great! Parking spots are always available here and workers will always help you! Some places in the store look a little dirty and it's pretty unsafe to use the demo VR headset when other people have probably put their face in it too but the overall place is neat!

This store once again has disappointed me. Two people at checkout counter and just two of us in line. Took 10 minutes to checkout. Keep the customer Service isle away from check out. Another 5 years boycott. Taking my business to Wal-Mart.

Stopped in to buy a washing machine with the wife. She had one in mind from shopping online. The gentleman recommends a different one that was LG with a 10 year warranty. We went with that brand and got the 3 year Geek warranty on everything else. Her BB card had expired, so we had to go through the process again. That took longer than anything else. It was delivered today with ease since we had the old one unhooked and everything else out of the way. Would have been 5 stars outside of the card sign-up delay.

I had an issue looking for someone to help me get some headphones. After waiting an hour, they still couldn't assist me and tried selling me a different brand and design of headphones. I had to order online and do a pick-up. That took an hour, and there weren't any issues ordering online and picking up.

I bought a TV stand online and drove from West Palm Beach because it was the only store that had it. When I got there, the box looked like it went to hell and back. The manager graciously agreed to give me a discount. I got home and started assembling the table until I realized there was no hardware. So, another trip to return, fortunately at the Wellington store, and a whole afternoon down the drain.

Went to buy a tablet. I went to the computer area, the guy tells me I have to go to the front of the store and check in first. I did that, went back to the computer area, and waited for my name to be called; now they tell me if I know what I want, all I should do is check out and they will have it. So I waited in line to checkout and they did not have the item. I decided to purchase another brand with another representative. Finally, I thought everything was good until I drove 5 miles to my home and found out there is only a cable with the item and no wall charger. Thank you Best Buy for having knowlegeable representatives and wasting my time. Two hours later, I returned it.

Itās Best Buy. However, I was surprised how messy it seemed, and LOTS of shelves and individual item locations were empty, display items broken or missing. Looked like it was not organized, re-shelved and re-stocked in a while⦠I guess Amazon is getting to them.

Worst customer service. Especially for a total tech membership which means nothing I guess when you have a tv thatās been used 6 times and keeps randomly turning off. Iāll buy from Amazon or Walmart.

When I go to Best Buy, I go to Best Buy for quality Electronics and good customer service. When I went to this Best Buy on January 3, I Got terrible customer service and Brand new $84 Apple Magic mouse that Doesnāt work fresh out the box. I had to go to the electronic section checkout just to get an employee to help me purchase this Apple Magic mouse because when I ask for help from a different employee, she walked away And didnāt come back to assist me. On January 19, I Went to this Best Buy to exchange my $84 Apple magic mouse for another $84 Apple Magic mouse that actually works And it didnāt work. On January 20 I came back to return the $84 Apple Magic mouse to get a full refund due to none of their products actually workingā¦ā¦this best buy is the worst that I have ever came to by far, so many employees But when you need one, there is none to assist you wait 20 minutes just for a refund. Best Buy isnāt the Best Buy by far!

I went to Best Buy to purchase a 77ā TV. The sales person said he didnāt have it in stock to order it on line because he doesnāt make a commission. I donāt like getting TVās delivered, then tend to come in smashed, If I am spending this kind of money I want to see the product before buying it. The TV on sale was a Tizien, D84 model for $1799.00. 77ā. The D90 same type of TV was $2199, 77 in. That same TV on Amazon was $1997. I tried to get a sales person, waited almost an hour and left, I will go elsewhere to buy. Service in this store sucks. No wonder Bedt Buy is going out of business. They lost my $2100.00 sale, there was another disgruntled customer that left for the same reason. How do they stay in business?

worst place to do businee wsith. my husband bought 4 credit cards a year ago and when he walked out of the storethey were fraud and no good, my grand children were going to get them for graduating high school as gifts, he bought 4- 500.00 ones for them . now they are haunting me for the money the say i owe. i sent the po;ice report with other documents to thecreditcollectors they hired.
