BJ's Wholesale Club is a popular membership-based wholesale retailer that offers a wide range of products at competitive prices. The store provides designated shopping hours for members aged 60 and above, as well as first responders, catering to the needs of these specific groups. While the app has been reported as user-unfriendly, the in-store customer service is generally praised, with the cashiers praised for their assistance. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the accuracy of pricing and weights, particularly in the meat department, where a lack of accountability and questionable practices have been observed. The store's location is considered convenient, and the prices are generally cheaper than other retailers. However, the selection may be better elsewhere. The tire center, in particular, is noted for its excellent service, with Garrett being singled out for his professionalism and quality of work, leading some customers to travel a considerable distance to use this specific location. Overall, BJ's Wholesale Club offers a mixed experience, with both positive and negative aspects reported by customers. While the prices and convenience are appealing, the issues with the app, meat department, and inconsistent service quality may be a concern for some shoppers.
Have allot of cheaper bulk items, i love bit they also sell out quicker. Pity about them charging for pickup and or deliveries (unless you reach the threshold for pickup). I wish the app info would be the same as an in-store purchase like cheaper prices for bulk buys.

Why are the air pumps always in disrepair? It's nice that they are free... when they work. Must be a BJs thing. Why bother having them, if you aren't going to service them. There's nothing worse, or more annoying, than waiting on a long gas line and then on to the air pump only to find a plastic bag over it.

The Deli counter keeps me returning here to shop. It’s not up to the Costco experience.
