Yerson really went above and beyond to help my mom get a new phone and change everything over. His customer service and knowledge were outstanding. This young man is so skilled at what he does that he makes the store look exceptional. I highly recommend Yerson and this store.

Uerson is a amazing sales person and worker. I came into your store to get my brother a new phone. I explained to uerson what I needed and he was right on target. This young man is young and is striving to do good in life. He has outstanding customer service skills and a great problem solver... I just had to go back and have something done with my phone every time I go on to a different boost Mobile is always been a problem either they couldn't speak English or they just didn't know what was going on but I went back to the original store I got my phone from and Daniella was there she was very helpful spoke flew English and Spanish and took care of everything for me much appreciated 💚

Needed new service right away so I went in to see Joe . Total chill and nice customer service, had an issue and was willing to lose my phone number but Joe persisted and said no worries he can do it . In a few minutes I was all set up new service with my same number for only 25$ a month . Highly recommend boost mobile location Boynton Beach blvd and Congress

This was a fantastic Resource to get help . After speaking to Joe not only did I switch from metro who was doing absolutely Nothing for me i also got the phone I needed And a choice of carriers between AT&T And t mobile For pennies on the dollar. With this kind of service you may actually have to wait a little but it's well worth it and you will save a lot.
