They were amazing at brilliance!! I had a couple issues with my order (all the issues were my fault, wrong ring size, used wrong discount code, and put the wrong address to send it to) and they fixed them within 24 hours of me contacting them about it! The price was significantly less than other places I was looking and I’m very happy with how the ring turned out! Gave me all the paperwork I needed to be assured it was the correct item. Just an overall wonderful experience!

I did a lot of research when looking for an engagement ring and chose Brilliance as they had a large selection of Natural Diamonds to choose from, most of which with GIA certification and all of which had very nice videos of the diamonds available to see the actual stone. I ended up getting a great ring with a personalized engraving for a very good price. The purchasing and shipping experience were great and it was very easy to speak to someone online when I had questions. I would definitely use Brilliance again!

Incredible!!! I was nervous at first to buy something so important and expensive online. But brilliance was there to save the day and updated me every step of the way which was something i thoroughly appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

The craftsmanship was beyond my comprehension. Truly amazing! I was obviously a little skeptical at first because the pricing was a little too good to be true and buying something like an engagement ring on line could go really terribly or really great… Lucky for me, it was the latter. As for the customer service experience, I can only say it’s been nothing but stellar! I originally ordered a ring that was the wrong color setting with the wrong shaped stone and luckily I was able to get helped out by Jennifer and she was nothing short of spectacular! She was able to stop production on the original order and apply the credit to the correct stone and setting!! Thank you again, Jennifer, you’re the best!! Now having the final product in hand, I cannot recommend this company more to anyone else who is looking to purchase any type of ring or jewelry! All of my friends and family will likely be going through this wonderful company! Thanks again for coming through in the clutch!!!

The ring turned out gorgeous! She loves it!The custom order process took forever and they raised the price on me considerably, last minute, which was very frustrating. That said, the final product was totally worth all the runaround, extra cost and waiting.

I ordered an engagement ring to propose to my fiancé on her bday trip to San Francisco. I was nervous to get it in time as I only ordered it 3 weeks before the trip. Spoke with Jason D. from Brilliance and he was very helpful and was able to guarantee my shipment to arrive on time, which it did. I went with the 1.5c Princess Solitaire ring. I loved the price but my fiance and everyone else loved how beautiful the ring is. I keep getting compliments that I did a great job picking it out. I also did my shopping around and Brilliance by far was the best price online. I was already nervous about the proposal so thank you Brilliance and Jason for making this part of the engagement easy.
