On Christmas Eve today at 9:30pm, they called me as the next customer, supervisor Rocio told me to come another day because she’s closing the store. I begged her to let me pay for 2 toys for my boys she said no. Meanwhile there was about 25 people that have been waiting in line for over 1 hour with only 3 cashier. Even the employees were in shock when told everyone to go home, she close the registers on the employees, all of them were in shock. They even told her she shouldn’t do that but she feels in power to do so. Worst customer service ever, supervisor don’t act that way, it really show you that she doesn’t care about the job, she show her badge with proud and told everybody to go home and to come back on Thursday, that’s the most horrible act I’ve never seen. Please review the camera because one of the customer called the police, this is so unfair

The store us a hot mess. Lots of merchandise on floor. Shoppers don't care to put things back. Feel sorry fir the workers. I did find a few bargains. The new store on congress seems to have an abundance of clothes. Not alot of home goods.

Na that I found what I was looking for many things. What a delay to pay and after choosing so many things, when the security tags were removed, there were big gaps, I had to return products 😡

Over 50 customers in line and only 3 cashiers then it went down to 2. Really come on hire more staff.

You shouldn't advertise that you're hiring for seasonal help, when you're not. Maybe managers should do their job and check to see if there are interviews scheduled for the day, before the applicant shows up. Also, how about being respectful and professional and not acting like you're the one being inconvenienced or having your time wasted. And to the arrogant cow who had such an attitude to have to speak with me, (and started complaining about having to meet with me, to another manager hiding in the office) get over yourself already, it's a retail job sweetheart, you're not saving the world.

Great selection of clothes and shoes and I got what I needed. It was quite messy but there were more customers than staff. The staff weren't friendly but they weren't rude either.

I was in and out rapidly. Clothes were difficult to find very outdated styles I felt like the place was dirty. I didn’t buy anything. The only thing I will go back there for are pocketbooks. This is the Burlington in Boynton Beach

I don't know why I keep going there. It's always a hit or miss you either don't find what you're looking for and have to settle for something else or you find something better than what you were looking for but either way, you never really find what you're looking for. It's always a mess, nothing is ever where it should be, you're lucky if you find your size, the employees are never happy to be there and the lines, that one round about line is torture. But...the prices are good....ish.

I would never go to this poorly ran establishment. It’s ran by an incompetent staff. I would NEVER return to this location ever again ! I’d rather drive 30mins out the way to the Burlington on State RD 7. It’s cleaner and organized, and the workers aren’t slow and useless.

Clutter everywhere and long waiting time in line.There was just one cashier. Only the prices are good. I guess there’s no manager in this store, terrible service.
