I sold my fourth car there. I've stopped going to Carmax or selling my car at the dealer. they've always given me the quoted price when I returned.

Offered me 15% less than Carmax across the street. I gave them 3 stars however because even though it was a laughable offer they had a dog in the store I got to pet while I waited.
