(I don't recommend coming in 5 mins before they close for the day) but in a pinch, that's exactly what I had to do and the two representatives that assisted me were awesome! I had a large amount of coins to exchange and they patiently went through each coin roll and worked their magic.

My review I want to put money into my daughter's account cash that I had on me they wouldn't take it they wanted me to take it out of their ATM to do a transaction this is ridiculous I'm handicap I asked them to help me I tried to ask him for Mason and they must let me I would go to they take advantage of people that never had a bank account and they screwed them over and stuff and handicapped people I feel they're not very professional or they would have helped me better and tried to get my bed that's not trying to force me into it I recommend PNC Bank very highly I've had it for years never had a problem every time people very nice they're everywhere I may even overdraft once or twice and need Wings to feed PNC is a great Bank to go to that's my opinion

If you’re looking for customer service then don’t bother using Chase at all. First they of all the screwed up a wire transfer and didn’t bother saying anything until it was too late and it had to be sent back and done right. And secondly I deposited a check my father gave me to cover it and he uses Chase as well and they want to hold it because it has to be released. I was told when it post they’ll deposit it. So they can’t post a check from their bank and deposit to an account in their bank in a day. The amount of ignorance I’ve been shown since switching to chase is unbelievable.

It's Chase. They overcharge on everything. I've gone through a dozen debit cards because they are always getting hacked or online leaks. And it's the only bank that can't replace a card on-site, you have to wait for them to mail it. The only reason I am still here is because it's such a pain in the butt to redo all my online banking and bill pay.

I opened the Platinum business account with Chase. As a platinum customer business wires are supposed to be free. I sent 60 wires in one month. Chase charged me over $3,000 at the end of the month in service charges. They claim that accounts were not linked properly. Linking the accounts where their employees responsibility and their employees confirmed that they were linked. I have the emails to prove it. Chase will not refund charges even though their employees have confirmed that I was incorrectly charged. I've ended my relationship with Chase.

Absolutely, the WORST banking experience I have ever had! I was completely ignored then told I wasn't kept waiting as long as I had. They still did nothing to help. Just wanted to argue about how long I was waiting!

My experience wasn't too bad but the gentleman in front of me was treated very poorly by Sharon. He had some 10 checks to deposit in his business acct and was trying to cash one. She was rude with him and he got frustrated. His English was poor. She refused to service him and sent him away. At the next window I observed the other teller also quite impatient and muffled through her mask behind 2 inches of glass finally found that it was the banks error in the system that didn't have him authorized. She found it in the notes at the bottom of the screen but the banker who updated their system hadn't put it into the correct field. He was explaining that he banks here all the time and why is he being treated this way. I felt bad for the guy. Neither of them apologized to him.

Tried open an account one hour before closing, they said they don't have time. Visited 3 inter chase locations and all say same thing while staff sitting alone on desk not helping anyone

Legit the worst branch I ever stepped in to . I just opened an account last week with chase . It's been a nightmare they never sent me my cards. I arrive to this location ATM doesn't work outside . Had to go inside, only two tellers and a line of 6 people waiting already. Great. SHARON the teller has literally no clue of what she is doing . It took her 15 minutes to give me my withdrawal . Ridiculous this place . Never coming back
