What is the point of having a teller and they have to tell you every time you can withdraw from the ATM. Ok what is your job for? No different than Walmart and self checkout. I don't understand. I guess I'll utilize the ATM since the employees don't want to give money to you.

Worst branch ever, walked in and sat for an hour. No one acknowledge me nor greet me. Private client advisor was on his phone in his so call office while I’m sitting and waiting for help. I will never go to that branch again.

Went to branch to open anaccount with my son...all info was already entered in their appt but had problems with my computer....after sitting for a few minutes another couple came in...we both were waiting to be served...A employee came out of his office and asked what was needed. I was in process of telling him when he cut me off and said it was too late to serve us due to being too close to closing..we started walking out of the bank and i thought the other couple would also, based on what he said to us, would be following us.. before we got to the door I turned back to see if this couple was following...well they were not...the same employee who said it wad too late to serve us, was ...
Taking his time talking with them and then directed them to another employee who was free...we waited until almost closing time and they still was being taken care off...now this was the example of how people look at you and immediately form their own opinion and their out right discrimination against you....I have read and heard several complaints related to the service at tjis branch but stillgave them the benefit of the doubt. now i see how true the employees behaviors and attitudes are (some)...chase need to take a hard look at the complaints and issues their customers are having and writing about at this particular branch...Congress and Hypoluxo Boynton Beach...

Went to deposit money into my daughter's account cash they wouldn't let me they said I had to take it out of there ATM so they can make a fee off it I said that's ridiculous I gave them a check cuz they said I could they put a hold on it now so she can't get the money for 10 days this is on real I said to the guy you're trying to force me to open a bank account with you and I'm not going to I go to PNC I love PNC I recommended their kind nice professional Pleasant people I've had nothing but problems every time but anybody to do with Chase Bank is a thief unkind I'm dyslexic and they did this to me and I asked them for help to send this to my daughter to help her I have to pay to cancel a check on them pay Western Union I want her to cancel her bank account because of that but don't recommend it big bold letters go to PNC PNC PNC PNC do they understand go to PNC Bank

How can you refuse service to a customer when I was standing in line waiting 20mins just like everyone else . I will not be returning here I live in this area and I had to drive all the way to west palm to get service ! This bank don’t even deserve a star . I’ll give 10 stars to the one off forest hill and military !

I booked a meeting here, and when I showed up today for the meeting, they inform me the associate is off today. I was not notified of this prior. Very disrespectful and a waste of time.

ATM NEVER WORKS!! started banking here in the last 3 months since they closed the one on hypoluxo and military. ATM both drive thru and Lobby seldom functions.

Arrived to open a CD close to closing time. Met Anderson Simcox, what a delight it was to work with him. My wife and Icould not be happier with his professionalism. We will definitely return to him and Chase at this location.
