ATM NEVER WORKS!! started banking here in the last 3 months since they closed the one on hypoluxo and military. ATM both drive thru and Lobby seldom functions.

Arrived to open a CD close to closing time. Met Anderson Simcox, what a delight it was to work with him. My wife and Icould not be happier with his professionalism. We will definitely return to him and Chase at this location.

I love being a chase private client but the banker Terry at this location is throwing the whole customer experience out the window. Please get him some coaching. I will never use this branch ever again.

HOLD ON TO YOUR RECEIPT, because if I didn’t I would be lost out of money. Long story short THE TELLER DEPOSITED MY CHECK INTO SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT. I had to go into the bank (inconvenienced to me) just to tell me I’ll have to wait up 2 days to received my “lost” funds . They left me with no reference number ticket number noting but their word currently back on the phone just for customer service to tell me we don’t see a claim open for this matter..... sigh

Me, my husband and my toddler walked in on a Saturday at 12:30 to open a new account. It was empty and yet no one bothered to greet us. Finally someone asked if we needed assistance and we told him we wanted to open an account. He asked the other older guy if he could assist us. Rather loudly he said he had a 1:30 and was very hesitant to help. We could clearly hear the conversation. So we were told he would assist. He then doesn’t bother to say welcome or anything, he starts with I have 45 minutes I’ll try to fit you in. Ummm, no sir. We will go somewhere else. If that’s how you treat potential customers then I DEFINITELY don’t want to put my money here.
