I’ve been using the ATM at this branch for years, but today was my first time seeking service inside. My wife and I needed a document notarized, and Maria stopped what she was doing to help us. She was polite, hard working, and showed great customer service skills.

I moved to Florida a little over two years ago and needed to find a new bank. At first I went to another Chase branch but I left very dissatisfied with the employees. I came to this branch, located in the Shoppes at Woolbright, and the banker who worked with me was wonderful. He was very kind and didn't rush my decisions. Since then I've continued to use this branch. It is always welcoming and there is plenty of parking. The drive through and walk-up ATM's are great.

Not just here but also boaAnd don’t tell me no one want to work at the bankSo the both have 8 to 10 offices for bankers but only ever 2 bankers on staff at anytime.So u always have to wait and they are always over workedBut the banks make billions of us and upper management and ceos and so on get millions in bonuses for our businessJust to constantly short staff and give us bad serviceLet them eat cake business planThen they fail and my tax dollars bail them outCheese n riceOnly thing worse is an appointment at a doctors office where your on time just to wait an hr to see the doctor

It's wonderful to have a local bank that knows us. There's lot of parking in front, a drive-through ATM and friendly, helpful staff.Today I went inside because my ATM card was not working. I was told that new cards were issued and I should have it in 5 to 7 days. I was able to take out enough cash to hold me until then.

I asked to talk to the manager and was refused! A disgrace of a bank and service I'm thinking of closing my account there.

Very convenient bank with great hours, friendly helpful staff, and a drive through ATM. Happy to be able to request and pick up international money and return extra money as well. Banking is so easy here
