Dealing with this bank has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I’ve had—especially during a deeply personal and difficult time. After losing my husband, I was left to manage his financial affairs, including closing an account that should have been a straightforward process, especially with a trust and will in place.
Unfortunately, despite doing everything correctly—going through probate just for this account, gathering all necessary documents, and scheduling an appointment with a manager—I was treated with complete disregard. The manager just canceled my appointment claiming I might not have the right paperwork, without even giving me a chance to speak or meet. I had everything required, yet he didn’t bother to show me the courtesy of a in person conversation.
Instead of guiding me through what could have been a compassionate and respectful process, I was dismissed without a second thought. It felt like my time—and my grief—meant nothing to them. Banks are supposed to help people manage their lives, not make them harder in their most vulnerable moments.
I would not recommend this bank to anyone, especially those dealing with sensitive life events. They have shown zero understanding, zero flexibility, and zero interest in the needs of their customers. Don't bother with this bank. Shame on them.

Worst customer service. never a banker available. When i needed a question answered , they had a banker named “Luna” reach out and she was uninformative, not very nice, and just said call the number on the back of the card . When i also asked about differences between accounts she said make an appointment.
Stay away.

Update!! A year on 5/22/23 later once again this branch gives another excuse for not having an available notary. Customer Service who claimed to be branch Manager by the name of (Tyice)has a disgusting attitude smirks in your face with no regards joking my business to another customer that waited online. I then spoke with a accounts representative (Vincent) gave an excuse for not having an available notary (Vincent) also needs further training in customer service they both were unethical why does chase hire just anyone to handle accounts at this branch!!! I will not trust him with my personal accounts!
the worst 3/17/22 Horrible customer service!! Notary is never available and they use excuses for not wanting to notarize a document a bunch of lazy people that work there. I have 5 accounts with this bank maybe it’s time for a better bank!! With better customer service!

I walked into the Chase after having lunch at First Watch to use the restroom and simply ask about a business loan for an established optical shop. I curly head man was looking at me very menacingly like he did not want me there. I was in shorts. This is my day off and it is 96 degrees in July. I have to say that corporate must educate this associate that there are high earning people who don’t come in a suit to ask questions. How you treat the individual will determine if you get their business.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have attempted twice in a month for different banking needs. First of all the notary is never available and I attempted multiple times. Secondly I went today because I had changed my last name due to marriage (a seemingly common need) and at 915 am a woman told me the banker was booked for the day. I inquired about making an appointment but she told me they don’t take appointments. So how could’ve be booked for the day if they don’t take appointments?!? I went to another branch on Lyons and Atlantic and they assisted me immediately and pleasantly. I will never return to this branch again. The employees are an embarrassment to Chase
