They have a lot of movie screens. The seats don't recline as other movie theaters. They offer discounts. Did not like that the seat rows are too close together and for some reason the theater was bright due to the projector. I changed rows and got used to the brightness after a while so not bad after that.

Very nice staffs and Manager. Not too expensive with the movies. Gives refunds, has nice bathrooms.

Every time I give Cinemark a chance I end up leaving fearing for my life, there is constantly fights, they don’t respect the curfew they still let minors in after 7pm (without adults) which are always the ones causing fights; I recall prior to COVID they always had BBPD onsite guess they can’t afford that anymore nor security staff, sad this is why people prefer to stream from home. Cancelling movie club membership after years.

The employees want the theater to go out of business. We get there 5 minutes after the actual movie started and they said that because the movie actually started they couldn't sell tickets. Keep in mind this is a 9:00 a.m. movie on a Friday morning and nobody bought tickets to it. So I say okay fine can I buy tickets to another movie theater then and then just walk into the movie and it's fine if I missed 5 minutes of it? And they said No because we'll have to ask you to leave when we check the tickets at the door. So I said you're seriously willing to lose 50 to $100 for no actual reason? The manager could care less. This is why businesses go out of business. Because their employees don't know how to use critical thinking to help them overcome challenges.

Very nice movie theater adjacent to the husk of the Boynton Beach Mall. Theater is clea and orderly. Sound and screns are good but I just cant get past the shenanigans of the old mall.
