This branch is by far my favorite. If you have an issue they will do everything they can to solve it. Lilliana and Diego have exceptional customer service. If you don't have an account with Citi then you are wasting your time and need to get one. This bank actually cares about the people

Just arrived at Citi bank, and was lucky enough to have Diego Prieto assist me. He was so kind and patient! And helped me solved my problem. His customer service was excellent! What a credit he is to Citi bank. Citi bank is lucky to have him.

The worst run bank in the country.
Inexperienced tellers.
You wait on line with one teller or 2 and there's always someone out to lunch.
I've been banking with Citi Bank for 25 years .....
with banks in NYC and Southern CA
There had never been a bank more mismanaged than this branch at Jig and Boynton Beach.
There needs to be a district manager seeing what goes on here
If I'm I didn't have direct deposit with checks coming to Citi I would change to CHASE

The absolute worse branch. They screwed up when my sister in law passed. I wrote a check for the funeral expenses. It showed check cleared when it didn’t. I closed account and check bounced. They stole $8300. Branch manager worthless. Still waiting for money

Very bad service, the shop was very rude, crude, he complained that the transaction was very long, his name is Mr. Martin Anderson, if he does not want to work on Saturdays he should stay at home

Nightmare. Only one person to take deposits. Etc. Had to wait 46 minutes to deposit without debit card.

I had an appointment at 11 I needed to cancel I tried to contact both the banker I had an appointment with and the branch itself. Then I called Citibank. Their hq tried to reach this branch and could not. So in the future considering they don't have an active phone line, or don't care enough to pick up the phone. If you feel you may need to get in contact with them. Probably wrong branch to go to. They wouldn't even answer Citibanks customer service line...

I went to Citibank first time today. Dani Rojo was my personal banker. She did an outstanding job taking care of me without an appointment. Change the above to 10 stars!

Have been a customer for 30 years...lately really hate this bank (customer service pretty much disappeared several years ago)...just drove to this bank for 30 min to close my accounts...well, even that cannot be done: power outages, tellers not available...now will drive back for 30 more min to try to do this again....

Hands down the least convenient branch of any bank I have ever visited. One teller, lunch breaks, manager locking the door and standing guard rather than actually helping, systems down for hours at a time. This is the only physical branch for miles. What a shambles. Reflects so poorly in what was once a great bank, not that anyone actually seems to care.
I will edit this to add that the manager was taking phone calls with customers, about intimate and confidential issues, on speaker phone behind the tellers, so that the (extremely long) line of people waiting for the one working teller could all hear both sides of the conversation. Unbelievable.

Sometimes Citi can be a pain, but this visit was quick and very nice. Got everything done, quick and easy.

Horrible
Over a 45 minute wait
And it looks like this is just the way it is here
Numerous complaints and I guess Citi just doesn't care because it looks like nothing is resolved
AVOID THIS DISASTER AT ALL COSTS
