Horrible location! Drive through is closed only two tellers with four desks and pens don’t work. Only reason for two stars and not one is the lady working there was nice and apologized.

People here are quite mean and judgemental, I was just waiting for my mother to complete some business and was harassed by multiple employees. I would never recommend people to bank here.

This is the worst location stay away from this location if you are not a white person Ron Bacardi is an agent And he is the rudest person I have ever met in my life he is absolutely disgusting as a human being I will also be reporting him and Mr. Fritz Gerald Brown to the Better Business Bureau please take your business elsewhere

Tried calling for weeks to make an appointment and no one answers the phone when you arrive in person they tell you they can't see you because they have no appointments.... But they don't answer their phone so you can make an appointment

I don’t know why so many bad reviews honestly, I walked in on a Saturday with no appointment and was immediately greeted. I sat down and they wait was probably less than 3 minutes, I had an issue with not receiving my card and the banker immediately requested a new one and waived the overnight fees while also providing a very friendly and professional service experience. I would recommend using this branch.

This is the WORST Citibank branch I have encountered in nearly 40 years as a customer. The branch manager, Mr. Brown and the 3 customer service reps are either rude or totally inept. I will be changing banks

Despite the international prestige Citibank's services are extremely disappointing. Branches are rare unless you are in the Miami area. I have to drive at least 30 minutes to go to a branch and the wait time at the bank is never shorter that 40 minutes. Needless to say that the clients waiting to be seen are in a bad mood and unhappy with the service. An employee comes out every 15 minutes to say that someone will be with me shortly which does not happen. Bank fees are high and customer service is poor.

Citi Bank has become the most unethical Bank imageable! They have absolutely no problem giving you practically unlimited cash advances on checking plus at 20% interest but you are not credit worthy for home equity line of credit at 4% interest! They shut down most of their branches so we are at the mercy of on line banking and ATMs. That's why when you do go to a branch it is not adequate for the amount of customers who have issues to correct. Their telephone customer service is outsourced abroad so any problems you need to rectify goes right over their head especially if it not on their script. My problem with staff at this branch is that they assist in the perpetuation of this unacceptable unethical attitude of the banks administration.

Nearly impossible to make an appointment. 30 min on hold with a national representative, still couldn't connect me to the branch. She said to go online. Online shows not busy at all and appointment bookings are not working on the website.
