Really loved going into City Mattress, and working with Sam on choosing the right mattress for me. He was very specific and detailed with what I was looking for, and fabulous recommendations. Sam made the experience so easy and pleasant that I bought the mattress right away!I don’t typically do reviews for stores, but this was such a good experience that I felt compelled to do so.

One of the most difficult purchases historically for my wife and I has been a mattress. We stopped by City Mattress in Boynton Beach and were cordially met by Joe Lisi. We found Joe to friendly, less like a salesman and more like an advisor. He was helpful, accommodating and “extremely” knowledgeable. He explained in detail everything one needs to know to help make the right decision. After our purchase there were no regrets. Thank you, Joe, for walking us through what could have been a difficult process.

Maybe you know a lot more about this than I do but for me getting the right mattress is impossible without knowledgeable guidance. From the array of different features, materials and prices there is much to consider. Laying fully clothed on a showroom bed doesn’t give me a lick of understanding of what I will experience in my home.I met Sam at Boynton Beach City Mattress and he was my knowledgeable guide who listened to what I wanted and explained the different choices that would meet my needs. He took the time and had the patience to assure that I felt comfortable with every aspect of my decision.Every road is smooth when there are no bumps. When I had a problem, I turned to Sam and he moved mountains to get a satisfactory resolution. How great it felt to have a strong advocate dedicated to seeing that I was satisfied.I can’t recommend City Mattress enough. They are client centric and offer extraordinary support before and, most importantly, after your purchase. Over the years I have done a lot of mattress shopping.. Is City Mattress different from other mattress stores—you bet ya!

The salesman Doug Spring was very knowledgeable about the product. He was able to understand as to what I was looking for and the price range in which I was willing to spend. City Mattress has a large selection of mattresses as well as price ranges.

From greeting to delivery, City Mattress was excellent!! Barb was informative, professional, and extremely helpful through the entire process!! I hadn’t shopped for a mattress in over 12 years & with SO MANY options it can be very overwhelming! Barb took the time & patience with me & I greatly appreciate her!! And the delivery crew were also incredible!! Prompt, informative, friendly, & professional!! Great experience with City Mattress!!

Barbara was extremely knowledgeable and patient while we were shopping for a new mattress. Her expertise, along with the company’s satisfaction guaranteed policy, was a big part of our decision to buy from City Mattress. The first mattresses we purchased was too firm for us after trying it out for 30+ days. Barbara happily helped us make a different selection and set up an exchange. A sudden need arose in my family in Florida for new bedding, and I have been truly impressed with Shelly and her timely and skillful support! She assisted in a kind and patient way, under complex circumstances, enabling a purchase of an adjustable base and new matresses (from afar) while responding promptly to all concerns!
