These folks were not at ALL helpful in proofing and pre-production editing. They noticed, but did not call to our attention that logos were fuzzy and blurry - charged us for the first run and only gave us a minimal discount on the re-print when I pushed. This was for a non-profit event and there was no generosity of spirit displayed at Clear Copy.

Have used for my businesses and their needs since 2009 and have always exceeded my expectations for business cards, envelopes, stationary, proposal folders. I'm a one man band and it lasts me a while because I don't go forcing my unique and awesome material.Royce and his family are the genuine article; a true gem of a local business family that I would put up against any in the whole US. They can help bring your bright ideas to reality and even sharpen the contrast and bring that rush of color vibrancy that will separate you from your competitors and put you in a class all by yourself.This review has nothing to do with the fact that I'm ready for a refresh, lol..No, it's all true and more. Pleasant staff, fast turnaround, and the marketing material I ordered was everything I wanted EXACTLY !! Great quality, fair prices and a clean, friendly place to visit ! I'm super disappointed with the responsiveness of this company. I was recommended to Clear Copy by another local business owner. At first everything was super smooth. My clients loved (PAST TENSE) the pricing & quality of the work that was done. Unfortunately the follow up stopped, I have sent in several requests for price quotes with no response. I even called a week after sending an email to make sure everything was OK and to see if I was requesting the quotes incorrectly/ how could I make it easier for them to respond to my requests. I was told they are super busy working on printing a book, and that the gentleman handling the quotes had 40 emails he still had to respond to. That was 3+ weeks ago. I found a new printer. It's just really unfortunate that this is how business is conducted today.
