Edit: In response to cube smart's response. Here is the problem. They refused to treat me respectfully by decreasing my rate to the published rate at the store when I requested this. They forced me to move out which took several days and multiple trips emptying a 10 x 12 locker that was completely filled to the ceiling. Now after I have moved out, they want me to email them? What are they going to do other than to upset me more. They did not take care of me a week ago when I was still a customer. Instead of doing the right thing they treated me like dirt and tried to continue to charge me $250 a month. Disgusting. No one wants to play a game begging to get treated fairly. They should have done the right thing to begin with and treat their customers respectfully. I guess they want people who read the reviews to see they are responding and believe they care. Terrible way to do business.
In 3 years my rent went from approximately $90 to $250. New owners cube smart Knowing I had a large locker and it was completely filled told me they weren't willing to change the price to what they are advertising on the internet. They said they could come down to 150 if I went to the third floor. That would mean I'd have to move the entire locker from the first floor up to the third floor. My storage unit was packed full from the largest U-Haul trailer. Just disgusting way to treat people knowing that I had no choice but to pay the ridiculous fee of $250 a month for a 10x12 unit.
These people will not treat you appropriately. Once they get you in they will raise the rates on you knowing that you have no choice but to pay them or move and nobody wants to move. It's disgusting.
What's more disgusting is that I've been renting there for several years paying every month even after they raised the rates and all they had to do was bring me down to a reasonable rate like that on the internet and continue to take my money.
I decided just to move out. I don't want to be giving them any more my money. I'm not begging them to lower the rates. I took my stuff out and decided they did not deserve my business or my money.
The units are okay. There was a problem with bugs at one time. I like it because it is air conditioned. However, most times when I came they didn't have enough trolleys.
If you need to use it just keep in mind that they're going to raise the rates up on you and they're not nice people. You get absolutely nothing more for the raised rates.

So far the guys I am working with at CubeSmart have been very helpful in answering questions, and guiding me towards the best storage options for my needs.
Update: Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful… reasonable pricing especially with deals. App worked perfectly. Auto pay worked perfectly. Lots of locations to choose from. Great experience.

Manager was very helpful and nice. The company is constantly raising rates once you are in. Then they give outrageous promos for new renters. They would benefit from not raising the rents every 3-6 months and keeping loyal customers who pay on time. They would rather have a revolving door. Which makes no sense. Also please fix your insulation. They are falling.

I researched and reserved a unit online. CubeSmart answered all my questions over the phone. When I went into the office Alex showed me the unit, explained everything I needed to know, and had me out the door quickly. Overall a very easy, pleasant experience.
