I had a wonderful experience at CubeSmart today. Scott, the manager, went above and beyond to help me choose the right size storage unit for my needs. He took the time to clearly explain how everything works, personally showed me the space, and even walked me through how to use the lock and access the facility after hours. His professionalism and friendliness made the entire process easy and stress-free.
The property itself is clean, well-lit, and secure, which gives me great peace of mind knowing my items will be safe. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will most definitely be recommending CubeSmart to friends, family, and clients alike.

I’ve been a customer at your Congress Ave., Boynton Beach Storage for at least 20 years utilizing different size spaces. Your two current Representatives Savannah and Scott are the BEST! They are always smiling and welcoming each time I arrive, interacting with updated information, suggesting ways to improve my storage needs and just make the day more pleasant. it’s very rare that you have two people who care about your stuff, just as much as you care about your stuff! from the moment that Scott and Savannah signed us up to our storage facility they have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, from picking our storage units, to figuring out what was best for us, they were nothing short of amazing! But one of the most important things Scott did, was to call me personally to let me know that I had not locked my storage unit properly so I could come back and fix it! You don’t get that in a customer service relationships anymore, people who care! So I would give Scott, Savannah and CubeSmart more than five stars!

LOVE THIS CUBESMART! This was my first experience with my own personal unit, and the staff at this location make sure you are well taken care of along with all your belongings. Scott and Savannah are exceptional to say the least! Whenever I have questions, they do what they can and even go out of their way to make suggestions to make my experience easy and stress free. I’ve had no issues with this location and I’m confident my belongings are safe and secure here.

I arranged for a rental on a Sunday, Scott was kind enough to call me first thing Saturday morning to advise me they are not open on Sundays so he arranged my move in date to Saturday. He is so friendly and easy to talk to. He walked me to my new unit even though I am a repeat customer at this location. Very accommodating
