Today my son was moving out of his apartment so I reserved a unit online yesterday. When we got there around 10:45/11:00am the presentative was very pleasant with a smile. I gave him my reserve number and he pulled it up right away. By the way he did call my son earlier that morning just to ask if he had any questions before he got there. The process was so quick and smooth I had to ask if that was all. We got the keys and lock and was able to load quickly and timely. This is the first time I have ever been at a storage facility to get a unit and it didn't seem like I was applying for a loan. Thank you.
