They need to get rid of Monique who claims she is the manager. I highly doubt that Monique is a person CVS would hire as a manager. She clearly does not know how to handle situations with customers. She had a stank face and attitude from the time I came in contact with her. She clearly does not like her job, so CVS please do her and your customers a favor by terminating her. She isn't adding any value to your location whatsoever. She WOULD NOT sell me MY OWN PICTURE I PRINTED. I didn't like 3 of the 4 pictures because they printed with lines through them. I was like okay, I'll just take the one picture. She said "I cannot sell you only one picture". Like please someone explain this to me? It is beyond insane. If I want to buy my own picture I should be able to buy my picture. I've been to many other locations and they had no problem. But Monique must hate people. Therefore she should not be a "manager." Horrible.

My add sent in a prescription for me and she has the receipt that it was sent successfully. The pharmacist didn't even try to figure out what happened. I went a couple of times in a week's time. No luck. I've never experienced this before ever at a pharmacy. Unacceptable & lane.

The customer service at this location is very bad! Tekeira in the drive thru should be fired! She's so rude! I will definitely have my meds sent to another location!

The customer service at this CVS is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this place to anybody based on that. From the morning, and afternoon shift, to the evening shift, every employee is absolutely rude, horrible, and not helpful. I picked a item that was buy one get one free, I proceeded to the self checkout, scanned my items, and noticed that it didn't apply the buy one get one, so after 5 minutes a cashier(who was a older woman with grey hair) said we aren't getting the deal because we aren't a CVS card member. She kept repeating this in a very rude voice and demeanor like I asked her 5 times even though when I got a chance to talk I explained I would like to sign up for one to save me money, and she acted like it was the most annoying thing in the world. Lastly I used the pharmacy here every month to obtain my prescriptions. I have not had a problem until, a day ago. I called to see if my prescription was ready, the woman on the phone proceeded to tell me they will not fill my prescription that I have gotten from them for months, and that they aren't accepting new patients, even when I gave her my information to pull my file up and explained that I'm not a new patient, and that I do not have any new prescriptions . She just kept saying in a very rude manor and with attitude that she will not fill the prescription because it came from my psychiatrist that uses zoom to meet, and holds the session online, and she tried explaining that she thinks I'm going to abuse my prescription, even though it was non narcotic. I also tried using my insurance here to pay for my prescriptions(my insurance covers the entire amount) in the past and they told me it would be more expensive to use my insurance, so I ended up paying a large amount out of pocket. Yesterday I switched my prescription to Walgreens down the road, I went in to pick up my medication, everyone was so polite and professional. They acted like they cared. As I went to the pharmacy I gave the pharmacy technician my insurance information. She told me that the entire cost of the prescriptions would be covered and that I had no out of pocket expenses. I told the CVS lady working the pharmacy that it must be entered wrong, and at the time she refused to re-enter my information due to it being "long and complicated". I will never use this CVS again, and my business will be given to Walgreens from now on.

CVS I like CVS. In fact, it is my preferred destination for pharmacy and general health related needs. This CVS is super convenient and I have been coming here for a long time. The store is always seemingly chaotic as it gets a lot of foot traffic in there. I typically use the drive up pharmacy to pick up prescriptions and never had an issue, but it seems others have some bad experiences here. I've gotten some super nice checkout folks as well, so not seeing the horrible customer service that others wrote about so I suppose it is luck of the draw on what you get. Prices are ok - you have to shop around to be sure you are getting a good deal. Pet peeve: you will get like a 46 foot long receipt - it is a toss up on who is worse: CVS or the post office for the longest receipt, but I think CVS edges them out by a few inches... All in all a solid location for toiletries and prescription pick up. Parking is a little weird the way it is laid out - Give it a shot

Customer service in the pharmacy is horrendous!! I asked one question and received such a nasty attitude from the pharmacy tech over the phone. It was like she couldn't be bothered. Disgusting.

The pharmacy tech Courtney walked away from me tonight while I was asking her a question from the drive thru, what kind of customer care is this. I am a alarm dispatcher if I ever treated someone this way I would not have a job. She said in an arrogant tone my prescriptions were called into another pharmacy . I asked her where they were called into. She said once again let me explain myself because she said I obviously did not listen the first time. She said in an arrogant tone once again she will call the insurance and see where they are. I said I had another question for her, she said she did not have the time and walked away. This is uncalled for and I will be placing a report into corporate. I I listen perfectly, I always have my meds called into this pharmacy. I listened so well I am pulling myself and my children out of this pharmacy because of her arrogant attitude towards me. I have bronchitis and needed my meds. She was not willing to help me. She acted like it was a bother. What kind of service is this.

I don't usually go to this CVS. I only come when I have something from T-Mobile Tuesday. I came to get a free magnet that I placed Monday. I received an email saying that it was ready on a Tuesday. Today is Wednesday. I wait 10 mins because a customer was being a little difficult. The lack of help at this cvs is crazy. I know there were 4 others working at the time. No one came to help. To my surprise, the magnet that was supposed to be ready, the guy asked if I had time to wait because he is working on it now. Do NOT tell me it is ready when it isn't, my time was wasted. This is why CVS does not get my business.

I love cvs I go in there all the time for myself and patients . I went there today on my break and this employee just started sneezing all over the store. Didn't cover his mouth or try to use himself and just kept on sneezes all over the store. It was terrible. And disgusting . He didn't have care in the world of who was in the store. I reported this incident to everybody I could. He needs to be fired asap putting everybody life's in jeopardy. Periodt

Update: Called the complaint department, had to give the whole dam story to an operator said they would call back in 48 hours. Being the weekend gave it a few more days. Well still nothing. So CVS sucks in all areas. I am calling back, this is not going to be pretty. MINUS STARS ALL AROUND

Went to go pick up the photos I've printed out & the guy at check out was very rude. I understand you are closing soon and you probably don't want to be there, but that sort of attitude is unnecessary for customer service positions. Also a photo was printed improperly.

This is the worst run business ever. The manager is lazy. They are NOT 24 hours. They don't open until 8am. The people who work here don't know the products. Worst cvs ever. And the prices are outrageously high. More expensive here than in Manhattan. Just a complete rip off. A horrible experience. Avoid at all cost.

Lots of parking right off of busy Congress ave. It's nice when you travel that you can get your prescription anywhere at CVS in the country. The pharmacy was one of fastest and easiest to get a prescription at. The store had the same as any CVS they do have good special on detergent.

This location has a terrible photo department. Never on time and rude service. I just called questioning the whereabouts of my one hour photos from several hours ago and the CVS employee actually hung up on me.
