Sharon was such a great help to me. The workers at this branch do an amazing job with everything.. in this same age, it’s very refreshing to find somebody who actually wants to help you out there. Well done CVS.

Well glad to see here that someone else had a problem with the pharmacy. Fatou the pharmacy clerk, not to be confused as a pharmacist, literally the most rudest person I have ever encountered! If it was the rolls reverse today today would’ve been a hate crime. I walked up the seltzer isle as I was picking up my prescriptions today and got to the line at the pharmacy a man and I both walked up at the same time no one else was inline… I stayed in the same spot juggling my boxes of seltzer keys and other items while waiting in line. I let the man go before me, as I get to the counter Fatou told me to go to the back of the line because I wasn’t in the right isle. She became rude and with an attitude. The line that at formed behind me literally knew I had been in line waiting for I was at the end of the isle. She began to stop checking me out and insisted I go to the back of the isle. They called the store manager to the back who was the nicest woman, (I’m sorry Nicole that you have to put up with the employees you have) after Fatou checked my prescriptions out I said is this for all my stuff… she responded you never asked me to do that… like honestly the rudest attitude I’ve ever dealt with, Nicole the store manager checked me out and made sure I put my care card in for items I had were on sale. I will NOT be going back to cvs and will make sure this gets rectified. I work in the hospitality industry and if I was to ever act like that to a customer I would be with out a job and like I said above if the people were reversed this would’ve been considered a hate crime. I called corporate and will be expecting a call back shortly from their management team. If I don’t get the call back I will continue calling. People like that shouldn’t be working with people never mind if the people getting their scripts are actually sick. It’s sickening to think this is what America has to look forward to in workers…. Sad an pathetic. Fatou shouldn’t be allowed to work with the public in a store setting with an attitude like that!

Rude cashier. In a establishment the sells health related item you really need professionalism so people can trust your business. You'd think with all the 1 star rating CVS would do some type of internal review at this location.

I would like to leave 5 stars for Cynthia who is always amazing and deserves 5 stars alone!
Never fails to take care of customers and deserves much better treatment!
I cannot say the same for many others I've encountered.

1 hour before closing couldn't serve me with an antibiotic prescription, too busy! Will never go there again, they don't care if you are in pain, they couldn't care less.

I was very much satisfied with the pharmacy. It was very busy but they moved along smoothly. The woman who gave me my covid shot was very professional an informative to my questions. I only go to this location. Every time I go it's a very positive experience. Sales clerks do go out of their way to help. Thank you

CVS CORPORATE: Please READ all the 1 star reviews!!!! FIRE THIS PERSON!!! I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. The pharmacy manager - or at least that’s who she claimed she was yesterday over the phone, is the MOST RUDE and CONDESCENDING person I’ve ever spoken to (and I am in SALES!!). So much so that BOTH my Veterinarian AND Myself hung up on her yesterday. My vet has changed details on my little 14 pound diabetic dog prescription for a Glucose Monitor several times over the past week trying to follow their directions. ALL because of the INCOMPETENCE of this staff. Silvia has been wonderful through out the years - but NO MORE CVS. The WORST PHARMACY STAFF!!!
*** UPDATE on the above review:
Walked into the PUBLIX Pharmacy next door the following day and my dog’s ORIGINAL prescription was filled with in the hour and the staff couldn’t have been nicer!! They even honored the Good RX coupon which I had been told at CVS they wouldn’t honor. CVS NEVER AGAIN.

Im a epileptic patient and due to the rudeness and neglect of the pharmacy tech and more I will NEVER shop at CVS again ! Nor fill prescriptions there! She bluntly hung in my face when trying to provide her information to process my scripts. I CAN NOT DRIVE BECAUSE OF SEIZURES MAAM! No consideration for epilepsy and the effects it causes on people.

I have been a loyal customer for seven years and I’ve spent a lot of money at the store today I went to return an item with the receipt less than 30 days and it wasn’t in the box so they would not take it back will never go in the store again bad policy lost the seven year loyal customer over a $20 return with a receipt that was valid

DO NOT COME TO THIS PHARMACY!!!!!!!!!!!!! The store manager is sweet and kind but this pharmacy is the absolute worst!!! Publix is the best pharmacy I’ve been to so far try them!! You come to this pharmacy you will leave mad angry and frustrated and without your medication

So went in to pay a bill and the manager that was there at that time Cynthia stated that my $20 bill was not real. Mind you I just went to the ATM with Drew. The cash was paying the bill for $1300 all the other 20s had the same line in it and the pin was turning the same color, so they would not accept my 20. Was very rude about it and would not come back out and speak to me once I went to the bank to confirm that the 20 was real and to get her first and last name to file a complaint.
So I asked, doesn’t the bank screen their bills? And was told that sometimes the bank accepts counterfeit bills which I find hard to believe. They have the ability to track every transaction. If you are depositing money, they would know who to track to.
Now I would hate to think that this had anything to do with the fact that I am an African-American woman. Because I hate always making things about race. Also worth mentioning there were other customers who were quite frustrated on the line and we’re not being assisted.
The self checkout receipt machine was broken and one lady was told Basically to just move along, there was no receipt that could be given. I work in retail before and I know that you can look up the transaction and print the receipt from another machine.
Plan to reach out to Cvs corporate and the store manager Nicole Brown. It was the route for me and the refusal to come and speak to me when asked!

I had a great experience today at this store. I needed help getting the right item for my cough. The pharmacy was super busy. Sharon was a kind soul. She was a great help. Wish we had more of her around.
