Pharmacist refuse to speak to you. Whoever the lady at drop off is on January 28th at 10am is absolutely useless and refuse to even speak to me, simply handing me their business card and telling me to call the lead pharmacist WHILE I WAS STANDING AT THE PHARMACY instead of explaining what I needed to do to transfer my prescriptions. Useless, unprofessional and a disgrace.

This pharmacy is extremely rude and inefficient and impossible to get a hold of. Even when you get someone on the phone all you get is the runaround. Stay away it's not worth your time! Find a different pharmacy you'll thank yourself!

PHARMACY BAD! STORE GOOD! The balding lady at the pharmacy is rude and unprofessional. I understand you close for lunch but when you have ONE customer standing in your line without items and you just need 1 medication and she stares at you while she closes the gate in your face, I am well aware you do NOT care about people and should NOT be in customer service. We were there before close time and waiting with no one else in line. This employee is rude. We went to the other front store line to pick up a few items and the lovely lady there was helping everyone check out as fast as they could. Perhaps she wanted to go to lunch too, but you would never know because she was so friendly and helpful. That’s how customer service works. This location lost a pharmacy customer and they probably don’t care.

They need to get rid of Monique who claims she is the manager. I highly doubt that Monique is a person CVS would hire as a manager. She clearly does not know how to handle situations with customers. She had a stank face and attitude from the time I came in contact with her. She clearly does not like her job, so CVS please do her and your customers a favor by terminating her. She isn't adding any value to your location whatsoever. She WOULD NOT sell me MY OWN PICTURE I PRINTED. I didn't like 3 of the 4 pictures because they printed with lines through them. I was like okay, I'll just take the one picture. She said "I cannot sell you only one picture". Like please someone explain this to me? It is beyond insane. If I want to buy my own picture I should be able to buy my picture. I've been to many other locations and they had no problem. But Monique must hate people. Therefore she should not be a "manager." Horrible.

We had an issues regarding a passport photo that was unfortunately not able to be accepted at the passport office. I went in and spoke with the manager Lane. Lane provided exemplary customer service and understanding even though it had been over 60 days. We greatly appreciate Lane's help and outstanding customer service.

Outstanding customer service. The woman who assisted me was exceptional. As soon as I requested assistance, she paused her stocking duties to attend to me, guiding me through the store to find everything I needed. Upon learning that I am a traveling nurse, she generously took the time to recommend the best local spots for visiting and dining. I regret that her name escapes me, as she truly deserves recognition for her excellent service.

Usually pretty busy if you have to use the drive through... otherwise great for quick shopping if you run in and out. They also have self checkout

My add sent in a prescription for me and she has the receipt that it was sent successfully. The pharmacist didn't even try to figure out what happened. I went a couple of times in a week's time. No luck. I've never experienced this before ever at a pharmacy. Unacceptable & lane.

Came in recently to get my son some day and night time meds since he wasn't feeling well. Doctors today don't give antibiotics like they did when I grew up. I get in and the shelves in the children's section were empty. Got a full fridge of beer ice and all the drinks candy and things a pharmacy is not known to carry. Staff is nice but I had to go to another store to get what I needed.

The customer service at this location is very bad! Tekeira in the drive thru should be fired! She's so rude! I will definitely have my meds sent to another location!

They really need to check these so called ladies at this pharmacy or fire them or I will call corporate and shut it down. Their rude and nasty behavior. Young white lady hangs up the phone 9/8/2022 6:10pm. Due to her rushing and lack of miscommunication. Like I told the doctor before I come up there you need to speak with you co workers. You never know who you are on the phone with. If you hate your job quit it. Simple.

I understand after reading certain reviews, that some people are critical of this CVS. This CVS cares enough to refill automatically two prescriptions I need and has been doing it for some time. I give them 5 stars. No negative feedback here. Keep up the good work. They also notify me when a certain brand is cheaper and check with my Doctor to see if it's OK to switch. ?
