Terrible policy, you can no longer speak to a pharmacist or pharmacy tech. CVS has instituted a call back system, leave a message and they’ll call you back however they do not call you back and certainly not the same day. So now you can’t get in touch with the pharmacist when you need to ask a question. As an RN in this community I find that so irresponsible and downright dangerous. It could delay medication administration and or encourage people not ask questions who are confused because it is so inconvenient and difficult to get in touch with anyone there. I have recently transferred out of this pharmacy. Terrible policy There are plenty of pharmacies around that still speak to patients on the phone. Cvs I doubt anyone Medical instituted that new protocol and if they did, that’s a very bad call.

I find the pricing at CVS is unfair. If you have a coupon and a % off offer, CVS first takes off the dollar value of your coupon and then discounts the %age. FIGURE IT OUT and you can see it is not in your favor. Other places first take of the %age and THEN use your dollar dicount. Not CVS. I only purchase items in CVS if I have a discount. Otherwise there prices are much higher than other pharmacies.

Worst pharmacy pick your medical needs elsewhere they need to attitude check their employees if your unhappy with yourself thats okay but you dont need to take it out on other people. I wish i would have gotten her name before she rudely hung up the phone.

Only one employee on the floor when i was in the store, the Manager had to be called out when the poor employee got overwhelmed; needs to be on the floor as much as possible. checkout lady was a delight and she made the trip worth it. Had some extra bucks and a 25% discount so I came out a winner; without the discounts CVS tends to be very expensive and overpriced. this particular location (Boynton Beach Blvd and Jog Road) is typically cluttered and feels disorganized. The Pharmacy at this location is understaffed and terribly overworked. They can be "grouchy," but they have a very difficult job dealing with the customer base (which is a nightmare).

I find that this CVS #4980 at 10074 Jog Rd. Boynton Beach 33437 is the best of all the drug stores I have done business with in all of South Florida. The employees are knowledgeable , professional , courteous , and friendly. Especially Relande in the pharmacy , she's always kind and very helpful. Thank You Relande and all the pharmacy staff. There was a small glitch picking up my medication because the barcode I was sent was not accurate. Other than that pharmacy staff were helpful and efficient.
At the front cash register there was a lady with red hair that came from outside reeking of smoke. She came inside to help me and did not wash her hands. There was an issue with one of the coupons which I was questioning. She started yelling and telling me she's been doing this for 8 years. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I told her to stop yelling because I'm a customer. After that she was sarcastic and told me I hope you have a stupendous day. She told the next customer super loud that oh thank you so much for smiling in hopes that I would hear the indirect insult. This one person has given the whole store of nice people a bad rap. I regularly go to this store and this is the worst experience I have ever had.
