Great experience with rerouting a ups package here on short notice. Very kind staff! Went the extra mile to ensure my package (live fish) was cooled down on a hot day, helping ensure all my fish survived.

CVS is a good place to shop. But I do find the prices a smidge higher than other places. However, when I have a coupon I feel I do very well shopping there.

Ran into CVS to get some cold medicine for toddler at 8.48p. They close at 9p. At 8.52p they made announcement that they were closed. Not that they were closing, but that they were closed. What is wrong with customer service nowadays. Not sure if they were just rude or if they just never learned how to tell time. They just stared as we checked out, even though it was 8 mins prior to their actual closing time.

Lana or Liana (not sure of the spelling of the exact name) - one of the pharmacists here was unbelievably rude and arrogant when I asked her a simple question.
I have typically had a great experience here and the tech who helped me checkout was very helpful.
However when I asked a question about one of my medications I was met with rude - arrogant response and was met with the expectation that I should already know the answer.
She then proceeded to call me sensitive from across the room when I told the tech that I no longer was interested in getting my questions.
Never have I ever dealt with such a rude pharmacist and I am going to be changing my pickup location due to this - no interest in dealing with rude mean pharmacists when asking a question about a prescription.

Literally the worst CVS Pharmacy I’ve ever been to. No sense of urgency and no regards for their patients. The lines are ridiculously long. The CVS I used to go to was decent but unfortunately, that location is closed. As soon as I get the script that I have there situated, I’m getting a transfer. Just horrible!

In the store- the crew member Lanie, who was really rude, just because I asked where is the medicine Aials. Then while checking out she was throwing my stuff on the self check out machine and said the store is only for Neighbors. Not for outsiders since she never saw me in the store.
Very Bad.

I had a very nice experience today visiting CVS, I need it to get my Humana OTC items, and the gentleman at the register was very helpful and had a lot of patience as some of the items were not approved, and I had to go back and forth a few times. This is my new CVS to visit from now on.

I rarely shop at CVS pharmacy due to high prices and dreaded experiences from the past. I placed an online order for pickup, and received the correspondence that the order was ready for pickup about a day ago. Just a short while ago I got a notification that my order was picked up, knowing I didn't step foot into the store. I was worried that someone was stealing my order, or now potentially has my personal information. I called the store. The lady did not even let me speak when I mentioned my concern. She told me call the 800 number, "not possible" she continued to tell me over and over again and that there are no orders for pickup. Then when I continued with my concern she miraculously found my order. Only when I escalated the concern, she was ready to easily brush me off at the drop of a dime. Do yourself a favor and do not do not order online at this specific CVS.

I was greeted with a warm welcome when I entered, which shows professionalism. The entire team at CVS went above and beyond to assist me with a bunch of questions. Certainly a well managed location.
The staff members were not only knowledgeable about the products but also took the time to listen to my questions.
It impressed me that they were committed to ensuring that I left the store with everything I needed and took the extra mile to accommodate my requests. I had a list, so they helped me with finding the correct medication and other various household items.
The CVS on Jog Road in Delray Beach valued me as a customer. The store was also clean and organized. Overall, it was just a positive shopping experience. Thank you to all the staff!

These people are just miserable at the pharmacy. If you don't like your job don't take it out on the people who keep your lights on and bills paid. Especially the woman behind the pharmacy names Hava she is so so rude and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy because these people are trash
