I lost my car keys in this store...no one, but absolutely no one, from the manager to the salespeople who by the way avoid serving customers, offered me their help.I spent more than 2 hours looking for the keys without success and what I received was a rude message over the speakers telling me not to continue looking for them.The next day I went and asked the manager if she could. Watch the videos and he responded that that was just to check for thefts.In short, my car key remains there and the absolute lack of empathy from the staff towards the customer, except for a lady who was arranging the merchandise on a stand, is total.They should take classes from Publix's customer service manager to see if they learn something.I will never shop there again.Oh...no one bothered to ask for my phone number and tell me that they would call me if they showed up.Bad attention...

Big store with a fairly large stock but poorly laid out, like a hodgepodge of thrown-together neighborhoods. The aisles are narrow with no thoroughfares so it feels crowded in every department. It gets kinda tiring trying to find what you want quickly. Help is so-so: some try, some just seem tired, even at ten in the morning.Prices are reasonable but bargains are hard to find, even if in stock. There seems to be a significant discrepancy between what is shown as on stock on-line and what is actually in stock at the store unless you purchase on-line for store-pickup. Returns are quick and hassle-free, with receipt, and usually include a discount for a future purchase within a short period of time.Plenty of free parking, out front. Getting in and out of their parking lot, however, takes either prior experience or Google Maps or both; it is not intuitive. Be forewarned and enjoy.

My first and likely my last experience with Dick's Sporting Goods. Shopped online and found what I was looking for. Scheduled for next day delivery and despite the notifications I received I received nothing. Oh my credit card was charged but no merchandise. I called customer service and after a few minutes I was transferred to a special Customer Service representative who was "there to handle the issue immediately." "Give me a few minutes to reach out to the fulfillment center and we'll have your purchase Fed Ex'd for tomorrow." More than 24 hours later not a word! Andrea E. ( Special Customer Representative) where did you go? You were going to fix everything you said! if you worked for me I would fire you for sure. Don't lie to people Andrea you cost Dicks a potentially good customer. So Andrea E told me that a refunds would be applied to my and that never happen but I did get TWO pairs of the sneakers along with two charges on two consecutive days and two trips to the Boynton Beach location. What a nightmare. Clearly that will never happen again!

Went to this location to purchase a new set of Cobra Clubs and Hybrids. Bob in the golf section was phenomenal, very helpful and knowledgeable. Walked away with a great set of clubs and hybrids thanks to Bob. Thank you

They advertise Premium bike maintenance. Its offered on their local website. In the bike section, there is a sign for it and a price for it. I ordered it and paid for it. Nobody calls. I call 3 days slater to get an update. They told me its been done for 3 days. (but that's another story). I asked the maintenance guy what else is wrong with it. He says nothing, bike is in great shape. I pick it up. They did not do the maintenance I paid for. They said they only do the basic maintenance. They give me a small refund because they didn't do the maintenance I asked for. Now I have to pay for another complete maintenance fee on my bike because they did not do the two things I specifically wanted done, wheel truing and brake maintenance. I even offered (and its written on my work order) to pay for additional work that they identify from the maintenance work I asked for. Nothing. Nope. Bike is in great shape. (And my brakes do not work --- one of the things I was willing to pay for --- I knew they were bad. But, they never looked at my brakes because, "the bike is in great shape."p.s. I noticed you put a screw on my reflector since the original one was lost and my reflector was dangling on the handle bar. Thanks for the screw. Too bad I didn't enjoy it.

Went to Biynton location to purchase a bat for my sons baseball! Jake helped us told us the bat we were about to purchase was approved for youth baseball I paid $250 for a bat!yesterday! We go to coach and show bat he says no it’s illegal! We bring bat back today never been used and they refuse to accept bat bcuz plastic was off! I speak to another manager at diffrent store they tell me this is not an issue! So we will not spend another dollar at this store!

Almost no employees. One cashier who had no personality. There was a line at the register with people waiting to check out. The cashier was so slow. Customers left the store. You could have had a shoplifter’s dream. This is another big box store to close.

Nae in the boynton beach store was really kind while helping me find some comfortable work shoes. I am indecisive, so it takes me a while to make a decision. She was patient, she was also personable, and provided exemplary customer service!

I ordered a running sport bra online and when I got it it wasnt even packaged up inside just stuffed the mailer. The zipper was broken and the Tag was obviously ripped off and returned at 1 point. they sent me a returned broken item boo on d***'s sporting goods. I'm done with these guys

Everybody from the folks that went to get the shoes for us in the shoe department, to the cleanliness of the bathrooms to the polite disposition of the cashiers was great. This is the only DSGI would shop at.

I Was Greeted By Deborah As Soon As I Walked In. And That Has Never Happened Before. She Has Great Customer Service She's A Keeper.
