In the past ( prior to finding Easy Pay / Goodyear ) I dreaded taking my car for service until I found her . It is always a pleasure to work with such a professional female in the automotive industry

Get prices before you have them do any work. They get you by doing half the work then calling to give you a price and by then when you say no they then tell you sorry we already started and you have no choice to pay before you can get your car or truck back. Beware of there scam. Not to mention the attitude the manger has. 1st she claims the desk girl gave me quote then quickly changes her answer when she realized I never got a price. Either way they are way over prices for the services they offer. Palm beach tire is straight forward with there prices and do what they say. Stay sway from easy pay tire there services have gone down hill over the years. Now it’s all about greedy with them.

This place is a rip off. Took my car in for ac repair and they basically didn’t fix it and charged me $350. Still blows hot and eventually caused more damage. Don’t go here for anything. The management could care less.
Easy pay regarding your response to my post ….denial is the first sign of guilt. After the first fix attempt, I came to you to arrive at a settlement and you told me no. Ended up at dealer and diagnosed the issue on the spot as a leak using the proper diagnostic tools. You had no intention of fixing the problem only taking the money for a refill and not finding the root cause of the problem.

I want a 10 star option. I left my car at a different Goodyear center because they told me on the phone they honored warranty. When I arrived they said they don’t. Their estimate was $700+ for two tires that have a 65K warranty and aren’t even two years old. Needless to say, I left and went to Easy Pay Tire. They honor Goodyear warranty. They are extremely friendly, helpful and honest. I enjoyed my time in the office.The center was full of FHP cars and many troopers in the waiting area. It was late so I left my car overnight. Full of troopers today too. If FHP uses them, they are fair in price and ready on time. I will never go anywhere else again.

Brought my 2023 Ram 1500 into see John and Alex, they took amazing care of finding the right tires for me that were exactly what I wanted, and within my budget!
I was greeted pleasantly and professionally by both John and Alex, who talked me through exactly what their team would be doing, and kept me apprised of the progress on the tire installation of my truck, they even noticed my running light was out when I had no idea, possibly saving me money on a ticket that I’m sure eventually I would have gotten! Thanks so much for the amazing service! You guys have earned a customer for life!

I’m very happy with the way I’ve been treated by this establishment. The girls up front are always nice, Alex and Katherine and they’re always very helpful and educated with the things going on with my vehicle. I understand that the 3.5% is enforced due to the economy and it sucks for everyone involved. It’s a small business and I understand that, but the service I receive is worth it.
