We haven’t been able to rent a car yet because they keep saying they don’t have any!! Went in person and they had a tiny Corolla only. Not sure why they even have this location when the manager said all of the cars are at the airport.

Reserved a car 2 months prior to my trip, when I went to pick it up they had no cars available. Isn’t that the point of a reservation? I had to alter my vacation plans because of the delinquency of the Enterprise company . The manager Harrison , was polite understood our frustration. I feel bad that he has to work for such a company .

STAY AWAY... I rent alot for business and personal. The manager Harrison at this location is VERY rude. I don't know how he is even a manager. Everytime I go to this location Harrison is rude. 1st he tells me I can't rent without my insurance information. I told him I didn't have my policy information on me. I can call or provide when needed. He wouldn't let me rent the car. Then I was charged different amount than what HE said. When I went back and asked him about it he said he doesn't know what price he was giving me for. So this location says 1 price and charges different rate.

Enterprise really needs to learn how to do business I made a reservation for a rental car a week out and then get called this morning the day of pick up to tell me they don’t have a car!!!! And guess what still never got called today for a car after being told they would call me this afternoon not to mention I ended up having my reservation moved to the one in Delray just to be stranded and told they had no cars you would think that they would have the courtesy to tell you if they had a car or not before having you brought all the way there and end up stuck with no car I don’t recommend Enterprise to anyone at this point and I have always used them it’s sad and also ridiculous how they run a business…. When you make a reservation they should have a car if they had no cars which I am sure they had none the day I made mines and just was hoping that others returned in time that’s not how to do that if you have no cars to begin with then you don’t make a reservation in hopes to have cars returned in time for others to pick up

The current branch manager is a complete crook.
They couldnt provide me with the vehicle that I reserved and they said they would refund me and they never did.
They fired all the employees and now they dont want to honor the compensation for their mistake.
They also were bad mouthing past employees which is completly unprofessional.
Past employee Christina and Mac were amazing.
UPDATE: in reply to enterprises auto generated reply. I contacted enterprise and I was told the area manager would reach out. But received no phone calls. Scammers

If there was less than a one star rating they’d get that. I don’t know if it’s enterprise as a whole or just the is location, but they are the worst. Time and time again this location has failed to deliver. Why offer a reservation for something you can’t guarantee you are going to have?!
I made a reservation for a vehicle weeks in advance. I was contacted earlier in the week the week of my rental and was asked if I would compromise on the class of vehicle. I said yes as long as they can guarantee there would be a vehicle available. Morning of the rental I made the smart decision to call before taking an uber to the location only to find out at 9:55am that there was no vehicle for my 10am reservation. With somewhere to be 5 hours away I informed the manager I needed a solution and was met with a severe lack of effort to resolve anything, only a sorry we don’t have your car and we’ll call you when we get one. Needless to say I never received that call…
I will NEVER rent from enterprise again, especially this location. Do better!!

Really put a dent in my family trip. Reserved a SUV and showed up and then they didnt have it. So hopefully tomorrow I can find a rental place early in the morning that has a vehicle that can fit my family who flew in for this trip. Save your corporate BS response too. You've permanently lost this family as customers for this one.

Had a reservation for a rental and they were not able to help and had no other options and they were extremely rude to us and other guests, don’t use them this is the second and last time I use them.

I would not use any Enterprise Rental locations except at the airport . I reserved a truck for a 12 pm pick up and showed up at 1250, and the truck was gone if it was there in the first place. They advised since I was late they moved or rented the truck, with out even a call or text to me. I inquired what if my flight was delayed and they advised it works differently than the airport. I advised then like there is no traffic issues in south Florida to cause a delay? I have platinum elite status and was treated like a stranger , no apology , nothing..
If you want a reliable rental car company I would go somewhere else and I'm sorry I didn't read the google reviews before booking the truck. My trip was delayed by an hour as we had to find a new rental company. I would recommend Avis or Budget at the Boynton Beach Mall, I called I showed up 30 minutes late and got the truck within 5 minutes out the door..
If you want to get frustrated and not respected then go to Enterprise, enjoy but if you courteous employees go to Avis I'm the mall. I even explained what happened and she'd advised me they always call before canceling for customers satisfaction...

My wife rented a car and was given an SUV instead, can live with that but instead of showing my wife how everything operates inside the car, the rental agent was pushing your additional coverage scam which would have added another 100.00 to a 190.00 rental and charging an additional 300.00 that enterprise holds onto. She said if we didn't buy the additional coverage, if she had an accident, she loses the 300.00 because our private insurance would be responsible. I just don't understand why we would penalized 300.00 on top of our deductible if our insurance company is footing the bill. In essence, your policy is instilling fear in customer to get the additional coverage so you won't take their 300.00 deposit. This doesn't pass the smell test.

I had a reservation at Woolbright location. I arrived I gave the manager Mac my I.D. mind you I have Plus corp acct. He never looked up my info, he immediately ask for a secondary number. I told I dont have a secondary number. He reply do you have the number if a family member I said no. I dont have a family member here. I have had business transactions since the 1990. When I called customer service the rep asked why is he asking you for a second number? After approximately 45 mins Mac told me I dont feel save renting you a car. Mind you i just returned a rental on this past week. I spent over 40.00 in car service to get there and return to my destination. I observed him being courteous to other customers. 45 mins later he said he needed a work number. I guess he feels his ego makes him important to be rude and totally unprofessional. I have never experienced an Enterprise employee conduct a business transactions so poorly.

I am not happy at all with Enterprise. So my rental gets a flat maybe a half mile from an enterprise rental center. I open the trunk to try to out in the spare and lo and behold, there is no jack in the car. I call customer service and they tell me they will send out someone to change the tire. I am told that I can get a replacement car as you can’t drive at highway speeds in a donut. I was like, Great! I asked if they could come pick me up and let me get the replacement. They told me no. I have to wait with the car. I only had an hour before the rental place closed. They said it was not their policy. That I had to stay with the car. They then had me go to the next closest dealer which was a good 30 minutes away driving on back roads to get to the airport rental. What a joke. If I was a new customer they would have picked me up no problem and my night would not have been ruined. Instead, three hours later, I finally am driving again. And for all this, I am told that there would be a $55 fee for the flat tire. I will never be using enterprise car rentals again!
