I’ve been going to this place for over a year every two weeks faithfully. Today I had an appt 230pm. The manager is unprofessional and rude who told me they couldn’t complete my request of doing a design on my nails or waxing my eyebrows because “they were going home” at 4pm. When the hours clearly are advertised to close at 5pm. Shocked at how I was mistreated from an establishment where I am a paying customer and come all the time that my services were cut short. And then charged me 96.00 dollars which I pay if I was to get all of my services completed. Disgusting! I suggest you go and take a class on customer service on how to run a business bc you all lack in every aspect. I’m beside myself of your behavior Heidi. Pure trash!

Up north a bit from home and stopped in for a pedicure. Was by far one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever gotten. After asking her to cut them short twice, she refused. I asked if I could and she argued saying my skin was right there. She finally agreed to trim and file them. I guess that ticked her off because she would throw my feet into the water and rushed through what is supposed to be an enjoyable and relaxing experience. She went so fast and I could barely see any cuticle on the instrument. I don’t know if they are on a time limit or something (not busy at all which should have been a sign) but 25 mins is too short for an ideal pedicure, at least in my experience. Needless to say I will never go back.

I've been going to Fancy Nails for approximately a year and will not return. I started out giving a 20% tip, then dropped to 10% because Heidi is constantly answering her phone and directing employees. I guess she doesn't trust her employees, because she needs COMPLETE control, so it's no wonder nobody smiles and looks like they all dislike their jobs. I had an appointment on Wednesday, April 17th for 10:00, but I was early. When Heidi came in, she never said good morning, no smile just gave me an order to go sit at her station. When she finally came to her station, I said "good morning" with a smile, no response, she just asked what I wanted done. She was condescending in her attitude, so I finally asked her if she had a problem with me and her excuse was, she was trying not to hurt my fingers??? I don't know what her REAL problem was, but I will not return to her salon. People need to feel appreciated for their business and greeted with a smile, not a condescending attitude!!!! Another thing, it's like being in a morgue. nobody smiles, not congenial AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This my review and my opinion.

Do not come here. You would think getting your nails done on your day off would be an enjoyable and relaxing experience? Not here. I had the worst manicure (uncomfortable to be honest) and overall experience ever at this nail salon. Management does not care and I will never be coming back or be referring anyone here.

My friend & I just walked into this salon because we really had to use a bathroom. We asked the girl at the front desk if we were allowed to use it & she said yes & we said thank you. As we were walking out, the owner of the salon yelled at us for not saying “thank you” on the way out & for “using her bathroom.” She yelled at us in front of all the customers & honestly frightened us. We were really confused. We didn’t know she was the owner & there wasn’t even anyone at the front desk for us to say thank you to. She yelled at us from the middle of the salon & asked why we used “her bathroom” specifically. We said we just happened to be parked near the salon. Anyways, DONT GO HERE unless you want to be traumatized.

I've gone to this place many times over the years. The owner is so unbelievably rude, it's unreal. The last time I went here was about 5 months ago and she did my nails, they were crooked uneven and looked awful, and then told me it was my fault.
Thanks to her I do my nails at home now and they look a million times better. Today I went in because I wanted a pedicure and had them take off my gel-x nails. The owner had them change the price from $17 to $20 for taking them off. Literally, the girl wrote 17 and then my total magically went up. Thanks for reminding me why I shouldn't come back here!

My sister and I have been coming here for yrs. I did a fill on my acrylics and then painted them a shade of purple with the chrome on top! They are so beautiful in person I really wish I could get the photo to capture all the reflective colors! Would recommend getting any color and they have many many shades of chrome to match! They do great work and I love everyone there they all do an amazing job!!!

I like my nail technician, but the owner is always so rude and bossy. She over books appointments, so you’ll wait even if you made one. I’ve experienced her rudeness one to many times, so I’ve decided to go elsewhere because of her.

I've been here a couple of times and have had interesting to say the least interactions. However this time I went and all around felt like I was being stared down. My nails also look absolutely awful. I got acrylics on my nails and a French tip and my nails are all mismatched colored. I'm extremely dissatisfied

Been going here over 20 years mainly cuz I like the work Van does on my nails. Heidi, the owner, is rude to customers. She yelled at me cuz i didn’t like the color in the jar that didn't match the stick. I just stayed with the color cuz she kept yelling. I have never been late for an appointment, always respectful to her & everyone that works there, until leaving there fir my last time today. DON’T GO HERE unless she is not present that day.
