The good, the bad, and the ugly. Nikki the manager is - The bad and the ugly. Rick the employee - The Good. Went to this store with a label that was sent to my phone via email. Presented it with my package to the most vial, customer hating person I have ever deal with. Nikki “The Manager” said to me “Send the label via email to fedex”. I didn’t have a clue how to do that and I asked her if she could assist. I got back a very stern, hateful “NO” as a response. One of her employees , Rick, over heard what this over bearing, jackass had said to me. He stepped in and cleared the situation up in about 20 seconds. She looked on and watched him because (it was obvious) that she didn’t have a clue as to how to do the procedure herself. She just wants to be “Ms Boss” and belittle customers and employees alike. It must give her a false sense of power to do so. This is a clear cut case of the Peter Principle - A person rises to the level of their own incompetence. Poor Rick I’m sure that this misanthropic manager will take it out on him for upstaging her in public. She is in a word - AN AWFUL PERSON and should not be in charge of anyone or anything.

On Friday afternoon, March 8th, 2024, my 75 year old mother had to print a document that I emailed to her. She asked for assistance and the staff was NO HELP at all. They handed her a card with vague instructions and continued with their conversation amongst each other. A customer who happened to be in the store had to help her print her document. This is FLORIDA!!! There are probably millions of elderly people living there, some of whom are not computer savvy!! Shame on you for failing to do your jobs!! She felt embarrassed and dejected. She will NOT be returning to your store to conduct any business!!!

Kendra is very rude. Did not provide accurate shipping information. Overpriced the shipment by $200. Took my package to a different FedEx and everything worked out well. Unfortunately, wasted our time here because Kendra did not want to pack our item. Lazy and rude.

This FedEx location is awesome! Kendra and the other employees here are always so helpful. I order very expensive drumming equipment from time to time, and I always have it shipped here for extra protection. This location is always very patient with me whenever I pickup multiple package(s). Thank you Kendra and the team for always helping me out!

We had a complicated delivery (needed a signature when we were out of town) and proactively called numerous times to find a solution, such as having our handyman go pick up the package. Local office was entirely disinterested in assisting (and borderline rude). Package got returned to sender.

I was traveling and needed some last-minute print work done for a presentation I was working on. I called and spoke with Jason who told me he would be glad to help me with my project. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and was able to get everything I need done in around 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this location for any of your printing ,copying or other office needs.

I went there after calling to make sure I could scan and email paperwork. Jason answered the phone after several calls. He said it was self service scanning and printing. I got there and he was correct. You have to figure out how to send your email to the machine, pay for the paperwork to print, then sign it and then pay again to scan back to email. I had to ask for assistance. They were all too busy to assist so they handed me a card with instructions to figure it out. I did it but it took at least half an hour to complete. They appear to always be busy so there is no good time to go in. It was a very experience.

They wouldn't accept items to mail that another location took. They were extremely uncooperative. We had a prepaid shipping label and this location came up in the email for where to take the item to mail. This necessitated a long car trip to locate another Fedex. The other Fedex took it immediately

DO NOT USE RUSH MY PASSPORT! I liked this place up until I used this "passport expedition service." I paid $281 and received absolutely nothing as I watched a loading wheel spin on govWorks website. FedEx employees were useless as they sat in confusion, and offered me little to no assistance in getting a refund or resolving the issue.
