I wouldn't feel right if I didn't leave a review for the employees there. I've never felt disrespected when I go there. I've been seeing some new faces there but a young man(looks like a teenager) named Jason is just too kind. That kid is very well mannered and helpful. I was going through some things and he took his time to listen. His parents have done a great job raising such a wonderful kid. I went there twice last week and I received the same service from that young man. Great job five below for training your employees.

I was searching for christmas decorations and while I was there I happened upon this associate, she said her name was Shanice. She was super friendly and helpful. She even got me to buy more than I wanted to. Great prices and service all around!

Unfortunately the staff working were unhelpful, And were unable to price match items that were on sale on the app for the exact same items for the in store items, The staff members at checkout were too distracted by their conversation together to help.

Won't honor summer sale even though you can order online and pick up in store. Not helpful employees at all. To busy chatting with each other to help.

Bought a toy for my dog changed my mind went back the next day was in the original packaging never touched didn’t have my receipt but had the card I paid for it with as well as they saw me walk in the front door with it and would not let me exchange it for something else it wasn’t like I wanted my money back I will never go back they don’t care about their customers really bad policy
