We typically find exactly what we were looking for at Floor & Decor. Today was just as successful. We looked at one tile we loved for our front walk way. We bought one sample and yes it was a perfect fit for our needs.

I was at the Boynton beach floor & Decor and was absolutely delighted by the level of help I received from the extremely knowledgeable Claudia. I had an extensive order of 12 different tiles for four bathrooms and she made it stress-free to figure out everything needed, even when she had to order some quantities from other Stores. I cannot imagine a more professional and personal level of service.

NY Mike was a huge help! He had the perfect grout color recommendation for me and helped me lift all the heavy tile boxes in the store and in to my car.

Shout out to Ana Sancher at Boynton Beach location!! I purchased tile on sale a while back. We needed more… couldn’t find receipt at home or at store. So scared that I wouldn’t find more but ANA DID!! She went around the entire place and found the last of the lot. Ana was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable at a time when many would be less inclined to help what seemed to be a needle in a haystack situation. Thanks ANA !

Bought laminate and many planks was damaged. While buying a guy was hanging over me with some annoying questions of where will I install the floor and that warranty is not that great. If he knew about the damage he could have warned me!

Amro was absolutely amazing. His expertise in decorating is unmatched. He greeted me as soon as I walked in.He was patient, kind and helpful. Floor and Decor is lucky to have such a wonderful employee. He represents the company really well.

We came about an hour before closing because of a problem with our contractor and had to make a decision on tile for the kitchen backsplash quickly. Maria was very professional, patient, and had many good suggestions without any pressure. It was a pleasure to have her help in a stressful situation.
