Florida blue is awful. No coverage. Just a scam company taking your money. Go to another insurance company, any other company over this one. Dr’s listed under their coverage plan don’t actually accept it. Completely false advertising. Refusal to cover basic medical needs even from an urgent care. My local Dr was listed as someone who accepts them. He doesn’t. Cost lots of money to be denied. Luigi should have made a visit to this company’s CEO as well.

Jeremiah went above and beyond in ensuring my daughter and I would have coverage in a very short time frame. He even called the next day to follow up. I would recommend him and Robert anytime!

Every year, my wife and I make an appointment to meet with a representative in a private office at our local Blue Cross office. Each year they painstakingly identify all the changes from the previous year, some good and others just plain dumb.
Every year we leave our appointment with every question answered and a full understanding of our coverages. It is truly a relief to have one less thing to worry about.

So today is May 7, 2024. I went over to the blue cross building on congresss in Boynton Beach and spoke with Kelly and I have to tell you what a relief to speak to somebody so knowledgeable and so very kind. I will have to switch my plan in open enrollment. We went over a new plan which may work for me better than the plan I have at the moment. I will have to switch my plan in open enrollment. We went over the plan briefly but thoroughly. And the new plan seems to be more affordable than what I have at the moment. I will schedule an appointment with him in November again to finalize everything, and I have to say that his customer service was outstanding! Thank you so very much again for putting my mind at ease. Fondly Susan.!!

I phoned to schedule an appointment as a first-time patient and was immediately placed on hold by Keyna for 15 minutes. Frustrated, I decided to hang up and call back. Keyna answered again and inquired if I was a first-time patient. I expressed my frustration with the initial hold time. She informed me that the earliest available appointment was on Feb 5th. Upon expressing my concern about the lengthy wait, she placed me on hold again, returning to offer an earlier date of January 24th.Throughout the interaction, Keyna's demeanor was extremely rude. It seemed that when I raised concerns about the hold time, she extended the appointment date, suggesting a form of spiteful behavior. Such conduct is unacceptable, especially for a front desk receptionist. It raises concerns about professionalism and customer service. Measures should be taken to address and rectify such behavior.

Horrible experience with multiple visits to try and clear up the easiest of issues. I've got the most basic policy they offer and no one I've dealt with knows ANYTHING about it! On top of that, the employee continued to assure me she knows based on her many years working there. She would not even read my schedule of benefits which I printed out and brought into the office.
