I phoned to schedule an appointment as a first-time patient and was immediately placed on hold by Keyna for 15 minutes. Frustrated, I decided to hang up and call back. Keyna answered again and inquired if I was a first-time patient. I expressed my frustration with the initial hold time. She informed me that the earliest available appointment was on Feb 5th. Upon expressing my concern about the lengthy wait, she placed me on hold again, returning to offer an earlier date of January 24th.Throughout the interaction, Keyna's demeanor was extremely rude. It seemed that when I raised concerns about the hold time, she extended the appointment date, suggesting a form of spiteful behavior. Such conduct is unacceptable, especially for a front desk receptionist. It raises concerns about professionalism and customer service. Measures should be taken to address and rectify such behavior.

Horrible experience with multiple visits to try and clear up the easiest of issues. I've got the most basic policy they offer and no one I've dealt with knows ANYTHING about it! On top of that, the employee continued to assure me she knows based on her many years working there. She would not even read my schedule of benefits which I printed out and brought into the office.

Went to the boynton beach center and the agent was very helpful. My partner passed away recently and she did all the paperwork. So I had to learn about my plan. I got it with the help of your staff.

There's only one representative here, he's been with the same customer for over an hour, we've been waiting for 45 minutes. Florida blue get with the program. It's impolite to leave people waiting without a, " I'll be with you as soon as possible"! I understand it's that time of the year to renew your policy, but when you have an appointment, bring in more help. The receptionist was amazing and apologetic. Ok when we finally got to see the representative, he was very nice and helpful. Apologies for taking so long.

Best people here and Insurance. Being coming here for here's had FL. Blue for years would have no one else. Stopped to update policy got my mammogram! Bus was in lot. 20 minutes most

Went to this location today, since Google says they were open until 7pm. Their locations have been closed since March, yet they haven't updated Google. Other people were there too, the sign had a number to call instead. Would have been nice to know this, before arriving there.

I went in today to have them explain the differences between my new Florida Blue govt website plan 2019 and my old Florida Blue 2018 govt website plan ( They are both Florida Blue plans). She laughed at me and my new plan. Seriously.She said I should have stayed on my old plan and went on for several minutes about how very bad my new Florida Blue 2019 healthcare plan is. She couldn't tell me one good thing about it.I am shocked and angry about Florida Blue.
