Went into the mall cuz I knew Footlocker was there. Figured they had more variety of shoes. I mean sneakers. Unfortunately the mall is dead and the store was very quiet. I started looking around testing. The manager resisted me they had any tennis shoes? I think they're more durable than others. He said no but he showed me some basketball shoes and just wasn't quite comfortable with the fit. Excellent service. Unfortunately selection is limited. Not like it used to be!

Best store in West Palm Beach. The employees are friendly and awesome!! They also have a Kids Foot Locker located inside the Foot Locker. Your one stop shop for adults and kids.

store says they open at 11am, 2 people inside the store yet they did not open the store until 11:20... also would not answer the phone when calling... they should publish the hours they are actually going to be open. once they finally opened they did a very good job and the customer service was very good...

I refused to give them my email, so they essentially tried to blackmail me in a very sad attempt to obtain my email address. I'll explain:I walk up to pay, and some white girl was training a new hire (very professional kid) on how to ring up sales; and decided she'd use me as an impromptu live training. The kid asked for my full name, and then asked for my email. I chose to decline since I was buying a $35.00 shirt and not refinancing my home. As soon as the white girl heard this she sprung into action, interrupting the new hire and spewed out her, clearly self taught method of getting emails and blurts out, "If you don't give him an email you won't get a paper receipt!" My response: I think I'll be ok. Now, if for some reason I don't want this shirt I will be happily walking back into that same foot locker; because just last week I bought a shirt, gave these weirdos zero email adress, and magically got a paper receipt. Well, unfortunately for this girl I got time today, so right after this review I'll be calling ? corporate to have them explain to me why one of their employees are essentially using scare tactics to obtain personal information.
