It’s alright, but they are kind of pushy with extra cost. They add extra charges on and try to explain. Made it feel weird. I think maybe explaining how much and then I can recommend. Also weird they needed my id for a trade in idk why they need that..

Had an absolute great experience with Benjamin. He was super knowledgeable and helpful even though it was 5 minutes until closing time. This man deserves a double promotion. Thanks Benji!

Ben provided excellent customer service today, he was very patient and knowledgeable about all things video games and is an asset to the company. He belongs in management someday!
