It’s alright, but they are kind of pushy with extra cost. They add extra charges on and try to explain. Made it feel weird. I think maybe explaining how much and then I can recommend. Also weird they needed my id for a trade in idk why they need that..

Went to return an Xbox. Employee working the register took forever and couldn’t find GameStop’s micro usb needed to complete their test on the Xbox controller being traded in with the console. Denied the trade-in because she wasn’t capable of doing her job properly. Not only was my time wasted but indirectly the time of all the people in line because this location only had one person working on a Saturday afternoon.

I received a defective PS2. And the day i got
it i called and they told me i wasnt able to return in store. So I called customer service a different day and they told me to return in store otherwise i had to pay a fee. I went in the store today to return and they told me i was passed the 7 day return policy. I told Genieve that one of her employees told me i couldn't return in store so how is this my fault? She shouldn't even be a manager. She did do my return after going back and forth for like 10 minutes. SCAMMERS

Sold me a defective PlayStation 5 and claimed they couldn’t find my digital receipt. Stay away from this store. I feel completely scammed. Employees here are not well trained.

GameStop always has everything needed. Even the used games are at an affordable cost and work great. The staff is soooooo helpful and really stick to policies when it comes to pre-orders etc. I myself had a hiccup with mortal Kombat and game stop of Boynton beach assisted me until I was good and ready to check out! Don’t forget to get a membership (way worth it) Also, shout out to Jenna for going above and beyond like always!

Fantastic staff that are very helpful and they never force anything on you like Pro Memberships or Warranty's (Which only makes you want to purchase them because how awesome the staff is!) This is my home Gamestop! Whoever was working on Labor Day 2023 are great employees and deserve this shoutout. I walked out with a new Pro Membership and amazing product!

Not the one to leave bad reviews, but this was a bad experience that cost me an additional $90 dollars. Got the Turtle beach stealth 600 Gen 2 about 5-6 months ago, went to put them on again this morning and while I pulling down the headphones to fit my head, the left side snapped. Never been dropped or anything. Just cheap plastic which you wouldn’t expect from such a great brand. Never the less, went back to the GameStop at Boynton Beach and I was informed that I am not eligible for a replacement because I wasn’t aware that I was supposed to get a warranty for them and thought with my purchase it was all included. the lady at the front desk was helpful and kind. But in the end I had to buy a completely new headset which sucks. I don’t have money to just throw around, but I need to hear in game…. Feel like I got completely scammed.
