I made 2 appts, my son went first and this guy managed to mess up an easy haircut so I paid for his, and he canceled my other appt bc he doesn't know how to work the machine. I waited 20 min for this girl to cut my hair, told her what happened, and she said she gotta go by list bc her usual customer was next on it!! What a joke!! I had to come home and fix the front of my son's hair but couldn't fix what he shopped off on 1 side. Bad hair cut and mistreated!!

Honestly it's not at all what I wanted. It's extremely short in the back! It's not blending, nor over directed. I was butchered. Can't fix it cause it's to short. Even went back twice. I've now got a curly mullet. Thanks for trying Rose. I showed Rose a picture of a cut. She didn't even really look at it. I'm extremely sad. I'm a hairdresser and if you can't do it just tell the customer instead of disappointing them! First picture is what I wanted second one is what I ended up with. Again I went back twice. I'm so embarrassed ? these are not at all the same cuts at all. It's extremely short! I have nothing to pull up. Never again, another disappointment. This is why I cut my hair, cause I always get butchered!

I have been attending the same place for 8 years receiving service for my husband and children, unfortunately today I received very poor service. Mrs. Adis was rude and provided an unprofessional service. It is established that the client is the one who decides how they want the cut and it should be noted she tried to impose the easiest way for HER to cut my son's hair and since it was not what the way I wanted it to be cut, the same cut we have been doing for 8 years, she left the cut incomplete and through her teeth, I received rude words behind my back.

This was my first experience with this shop and I have to say what a great experience. I went online and scheduled my appt (I am not a fan of online but it wasn't bad). My hair is long and I just wanted 2 inches cut. Natacha did a great job in listening to what I wanted and the finished trim was perfect

I asked for a trim (hair down to chest), face framing and layers. I ended up with a shoulder lengh Bob with no layers. I told her multiple times what I wanted and still don't understand how I ended up losing almost eight inches of hair. Very upset. Paid and left but agitated every time I look in the mirror.
