I had my haircut here on a whim because I had a coupon, and didn't feel like spending the outrageous prices of my salon. Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted by Emily. I showed her a picture from when I had a very short hairstyle, and I asked her to recreate it. She got to work. When she thought that she was done, I pointed out where it needed to be trimmed more in order for it to look proper. Once she fixed it, it became one of the cutest hairstyles I've had in a while. She did try to charge me $40 for a blowout of long hair even though I now had super short hair, but she realized her mistake and charged me the right amount. I would be willing to give this place another shot!

I use great clips as they usually give me a great cut (haircut). I called and found out Kay was gone she always did a great job. Very quiet person. Today I read About Alma giving great haircuts. I asked for Alma and got a perfect haircut I haven’t had this good a cut in decades . I can only hope she is there next time I go as I have seen so many leave over the years. I guess they move on to better jobs or whatever.

I received the worst haircut of my life. I went to this "salon" to save money because I am buying a new car. Now I'm not even presentable for work! I look like I cut my own hair drunk. I asked for the easiest cut. Straight across the bottom. I showed the "stylist" 4 photos of the length I want. She took chunks out of my hair!!! I am missing up to 2 inches in spots on my head. The left side is 1" shorter in the front. Franchise Owner refuses to take responsibility.

Leigh is a phenomenal hair dresser. Probably the most thorough haircut I have had in my life. I assumed it would be over $100 for such great work. $18!!?? Such friendly staff & atmosphere. I keep getting compliments on the work she did. She made me gorgeous!! She is amazing!! I don't want anyone else to ever cut my hair! ♡

“Had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I arrived before two other customers, but the stylists chose to play around instead of getting to work. Those who came after me were served first, while I was left waiting. Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. I ended up leaving without getting my hair done. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.”

Poor service at the Receptionist Desk. A waste of good time. If any Great Clips company reads this form, be careful whom you hire. It's Not a Salon, it's a fly by night career.
