Made me wait well past my appointment time before I left. They continued taking others before me and telling me there was one available stylist doing walk ins but I had an appointment. All I wanted was a trim, no shampoo needed. I ended up walking out before I was called because others’ appointments were honored but mine was not. Management acknowledged I was waiting but stylists did not seem to care. One of the stylists called and asked if I’d come back, 51 minutes past the appointment time. Save your money and go elsewhere.They also sent me someone else’s receipt to my email address so whoever had foils done, I have your receipt.

I’ve been getting my hair done with Debbie S for years. I was there today and love my hair cut. She assess the condition of my hair and makes great suggestions. She really cares about her clients and their hair. I referred her to my BFF and now my BFF sees her regularly as well.

I went to Ashley to get a blowout and came out with crunchy, fried hair. It was terrible. When I asked her why my hair felt and looked the way it did, she said it was normal and dismissed any concerns I had. It took months to reverse the one day of damage she did to my hair with several different hair products and excessive heat. My hair was constantly falling out and it felt like I was grabbing at straws. I also don’t know why I was overcharged for this poor service. If you’re looking for an experienced hand here, go to either Debbie or Isabel.

I'm a new customer to this Hair Cuttery. Therese is THE BEST! She really took A LOT of time with me. She's extremely, patient, thorough, and friendly. I'm a BRAND new person! I wanted DRAMATIC change, and I got it. I selected a full head, of blond highlights, and, the PERFECT cut! A short, inverted bob. My husband told me that this is THE BEST, color, and, hairstyle, that I've EVER had. I got SO MANY compliments. I feel AMAZING! Thanks, Therese! See you soon!!

Debbie, the salon manager, is truly wonderful and consistently leaves my hair looking fantastic. She also provides excellent recommendations for hair products as well. The entire staff at this location exudes friendliness, professionalism, and warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

I never write negative reviews, but felt this was necessary. I felt disrespected from the moment I walked in for my blow out by multiple members of the staff. Not only did it feel like the staff was intentionally being disrespectful, they also did not do a good job on my hair. I ended my appointment fixing it myself while they watched. I then spoke with a manager who made no efforts to remedy my experience, rather said “thank you for the feedback.” I will not be returning.

Wish there was an option to leave zero stars. I walked in and the girl who was supposed to do my hair said (in an extremely rude and judgmental way) yeah your blow out will be way more than the cost of the service (meanwhile my hair was in a pony tail so how does she know length or thickness). After going back and forth she made up a price and told me it would be $66 and basically told me to leave. $66?!? All I needed was a blow out!!! Seems to me she wanted to go home or was too lazy to do another blow dry! “Manager” was just as rude and nasty. Don’t let them trick you too, take from me and AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you like being mistreated and tricked.

Debbie, the salon's manager, is great. She has been cutting, dyeing and styling my hair since I moved to Boynton Beach last March. I am very happy with the way my hair looks. I recommended her to my husband and she also cuts his hair.
