The owner was very polite and responded to my service call in a matter of seconds. I was able to purchase my 4 ton 16seer A/C unit directly from them and was gurranted an extra 10 year warrenty . I will recommaned this company for anyone looking to replace an existing unit or just a better quality service check up.Thank you Highest Grade Air!
