“I have been meaning to write the manager for some time. I was in your store about a week or so before Christmas and was fortunate enough to have your employee Caroline help me. She was magnificent! She went out of her way helping me fill my shopping list that had been given to me by my daughter, who was decorating her home for Christmas. She searched the florals on both sides of the store and then help me find Christmas balls. Many thanks to Caroline and you have an employee that you can be most proud of in her.”
