They are OK. It is just taking them forever to complete the task.

Home Depot was busy today. I couldn’t find a flat cart to purchase 2 toilets. After walking around the store and through the parking lot, I asked Pierre for some help. He walked the parking lot and store with me in search of a cart. We finally found one. Pierre loaded the two toilets onto the cart for me and pushed them to the register. He then told me to bring my car around and packed them both into my car. I tried to give him a tip as a thank you gesture and he declined. Pierre, you are top notch and made my shopping experience a pleasure. Thank you!

Came in tonight to purchase a lockbox only to find out that they can only be ordered online, however they told me I can go staples across the street from them if I wanted to buy one tonight, and the funny part was they were referring to the old staples which use to be opened next door to Home Depot but closed years and years ago I go to staples tonight and I found out that they recently moved there store across the street from Home Depot. Thanks for wasting my time

My mom was followed my a man in the parking lot yesterday at this Home Depot and thankfully her car doors lock automatically because he tried to get in her car and was shaking the door handle of her back seat!!!! Ladies please be careful and carry pepper spray or just don’t go to this Home Depot because each time I’ve gone there’s a ton of homeless people in the parking lot asking for money and I haven’t seen any surveillance cameras in the parking lot

My daughter and I come to this store sometimes two or three times a week. We love the garden section and recently (May 2019) it has been exceptional. The plants are all very well cared for and gorgeous. This week we picked out some potted flowers and one was not as pristine as the others. I asked if I could get a discount on it. Their plants are actually on consignment so the clerk couldn't discount it, but she gave us 10% off everything else (except plants) which essentially made the one plant free! I also shop for home repair things here and I get lots of help and expertise. My husband got a lesson on water heaters from the plumbing expert and he knew what he was talking about. I repaired two ceiling fans with the help of the lighting person and I didn't have to buy two new ones! All in all, it's a great place to shop. Sometimes there's a wait but one should never shop and expect assistance in a hurry!

I feel like the large majority of Home Depots are only useful if you know exactly what you want, know exactly where it is in the store and know how to use it. In other words... for the most part help from an employee is non existent. However, I find if I drive from Delray, where I live literally walking distance to a Home Depot to this location in Boynton, the problem of lack of help does not exist. We needed 3 or 4 items on this trip and after playing with all the Halloween LED thingamajigs for 45 minutes, (sorry.... it's October and Home Depot has pretty great Halloween stuff) we asked an employee for help with what we came for. She was extremely helpful giving us advice on what would work for us, where to find them and 15 minutes later we were checking out. So, although my love / hate relationship with the Home Depot location in Delray continues, in Boynton it's a totally different story! It's apparent at this location Management not only exists but enjoys their job. The store wouldn't run as well or look as good if they didn't enjoy it and take pride in what they do!

The Home Depot on Woolbright in Boynton Beach is really awful! Getting through via phone can take 20 minutes or more until I give up and hang up. After more attempts to a different dept, the front desk picked up and they were not helpful at all. They don't much of anything about who the managers were on a certain day last week. So, I have a big issue with the lighting dept (chandelier) and the store manager, not the dept. manager. This issue took place on March 21st when I was in the store. This store manager listened to my problem and agreed that the price and name of item that I had bought a few days before was wrong. He said he would research this immediately and get back to me on Saturday March 23rd. No call from him. Today is March 25th and I have been on hold for over 22 minutes. Finally I got someone to talk to at the front desk named Lucy. She said their phones are not working too well and that I could not be heard. She told me to talk very loud as in screaming so she could hear. After sheer aggravation, she said I should talk to Sam, one of the managers. I would like for Sam to call as I can not get through to this store! Lucy took my phone number, at my request, and said she will give it to the night manager. Home Depot owes me some money because I bought a light that was incorrectly tagged and for more money than it should be.. Next step for me, BBB. They would love to hear about this store! Never buying there again! Lin Pirretti

Always find What we are looking for. The help of the employees make shopping at Home Depot so much easier. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Took 45 minutes for someone in the lighting department to help me choose a bulb that would fit in my socket after they didn't have the specific bulb i was looking for. Guy who was assisting me while i waited was nice and friendly though
