“Had an issue with my hazard policy. I don’t handle “bumps” in my routine very well, so I immediately called the office. My wonderful agent, Suzanne, was unavailable that day. But, Lauren, whom modestly called herself “part time”, dug deep and found the cause of the problem. This involved many (in my opinion) emails, faxes and conversations to the correct recipient, all while I was on the phone with her. I was relieved after our conversation was ended.
I want to include Javier as well. He has been of welcomed assistance on the phone and in person on previous occasions.
