I can’t say enough good things about international marine. The customer service is top notch. They installed my auto pilot, power assist steering, and completely re did my hydraulic steering lines. If you need any work done in palm beach county, look no further. Friendliest staff and the mechanics are incredible.

I don't know how these guys are still in business.Offered to help several times on several issues with my boat, but on the most recent issue, where they offered to help fix my sunshade.They've had the part for 3+ weeks only to tell me now, that they won't be able to work on it until Mid-September.They are rude and unprofessionalUPDATE - Mike, you did work on my boat - and you guys couldn't figure out how to get the generator working, so I called another mechanic who fixed it right away.Skip the line??? You've had my part for at LEAST 3 weeks and told Sawyer you would get to it right away. You have failed to call him back from his several messages to at least let him know where we stand - so that's a lie.You weren't able to get the part, so Sawyer did - so that's not a valid excuse either.Employees??? Speak to them??? When someone does finally answer the phone, all I got was "it's not my job, I don't know anything about it"you didn't ask me to go somewhere else - I had no choice because it is you and your team who are rude, unresponsive, unprofessional, to say the least.SECOND EDIT - these yahoos just went and posted negative Google reviews on my company page in retaliation - goes to show how professional you are NOT.See you in court, boys!

We called International Marine, Lantana left a message and Brian. He called back in minutes. We were in need of a repair to our windless anchor. These guys did my repower on the World Cat (Suzuki DF300AP) and all I can say is: They are AWESOME! The best part is that a long time after they did the install, I had questions about things on my boat that didn't even have to do with the Suzuki install and they were ALWAYS willing to help!! Recently on a Sunday, no less. Business like this are hard to find - especially in the boating world. Mike & his team are really good guys!Services: General installation

Michael Reimer the owner of International Marine is in my eyes a true gentleman and a man of his word.I live on the oposit side of the world from Florida and once he saw my post on the Suzuki outboard Facebook group asking for help he went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed.The service he provided me was next to none.He even crated it and took it himself to my forwarding agent to ship overseas at his own cost to help me out.He is still in contact with me to make sure all is well.If you need any parts, outboards or services these guys are the ones to go to even if your overseas it's not an issue for themGreat job and I will be indebted to thim for going out of his way cant thank him enough.RegardsHarveyService: Engine repair

Outstanding customer service. I order a Weld Mount kit from their website. The kit was no longer available so they supplied the adhesive cartridge and mounts separately. Unfortunately the adhesive kit I received need a expensive gun and tips to use instead of the manual use cartridge that came with the kit. This was an easy mistake since Weld Mount uses the same part number for both cartridges. Instead of making me go thought the hassle of returning it they shipped me the gun and tips that retail for around $90 at no charge. It's not often that you find a company that is willing to go to this extreme to make it right. Needless to say I will be doing more business with them in the future.
