The ladies in the jewelry department are absolutely fantastic. They made my shopping experience extremely enjoyable, and they were overly helpful. Other departments leave something to be desired. The shoe department was an absolute wreck - but there weren't many shoppers, so how it was such a mess is a bit confusing. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes but couldn't locate the 2nd shoe of the pair. No one was around to assist... I gave up and didn't end up buying shoes. If I hadn't had the poor experience in the shoe department, I'd give it 5 stars. The jewelry department ladies def deserve the highest rating.

Worst experience! Manager Dee insinuated I change a price on a jewelry clearance item. She said “ the sticker should not come out this easily” wow I said well you should check the other set that is on the clearance rack with same pricing!! She left and took forever to check even though we were right next to the jewelry section … clearly she is not doing her job keeping her inventory priced accordingly and insults a customer with her lack of competency. You should not work a retail job if you speak like that to clients- never stepping foot on this place again.

Horrible! I see why they’re closing. Went in last night shopping for my special needs nephew. We begged for help and the employees were so Uninterested. The only helpful person was Benji and even after helping us he was more focused on leaving than seeing the sale through. NEVERRRRR COMING BACK. This was my 1st visit to this location and my LAST! I took my money elsewhere.

Good selection and prices but it could use a facelift. Seriously the waiting room couches are so disgusting I wouldn't put my dog on there.

The store employees locked me and my friend inside the store without any notice. When asked if they can release us, the store manger kept implying that the store was closed and suggested that we walked in the rain because she did not care. Store manger had a disgusting attitude and kept repeating herself, as if we were unintelligent. We had to walk in the rain and my friend had slipped and fell on the ground. The atmosphere is very disturbing and I wouldn’t recommend!!!
