I got transferred to the men’s department and some rude woman answered the phone and before i could even get a word out she said “I’m too busy I can’t help” and HUNG UP THE PHONE!!! IVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED IN MY LIFE I WILL NEVER SHOP AT JC PENNY AGAIN FOR YOUR RUDE DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES!!!! JC PENNY DO BETTER!!!!!

I just moved to the area and needed a new stylist, a neighbor recommended this salon and it was absolutely fantastic! Suzanne was extremely kind and helpful and arranged a consultation with Alfredo which led to a great appointment. My hair has never looked so good!!! Excellent service, highly recommended.

I’ve lived in Florida for 10 years and gotten many expensive haircuts in Boca and this is by far the best haircut I have had in my decade here. Alfredo did an absolutely amazing job cutting my hair and everyone at the desk was super nice and professional. I would highly recommend getting your hair cut by Alfredo here!

Excellent job by Lupe!! I had a full head of highlights, trim and blow dry. My hair is thin and she knew what to do! My hair looks Great, thanks to Lupe. She is friendly and very knowledgeable, The best I have seen in a long time. She is my stylist!!
