extremely rude employees
no one helped me and
i asked for help then the lady walked away
the cashier was being rude
to all the people waiting in line
this store needs to close , everything here (AND SO MUCH MORE ) can be purchased

I bought fabric today, such terrible service, I have never met such unpleasant people, don't come here again!!!!! This woman needs to work in I don't speak English well and she told me that you can't speak and I'm going to talk to you like that, what kind of nationalism have I gotten myself into!!! This is terrible!!! This woman can't work with people!!!!! I think she needs to retire

There was a sign that said ALL frames 40% off. They would not honor the sales price, saying it was already marked clearance. When I got home , I looked it up, and clearance was included in the sales price.

Best place to fulfill all your craft needs. Me and my wife come here all the time to restock on inventory for our small business and the staff is super kind and helpful at this location specifically. They are even dog friendly and we usually bring our puppy with us.

Poor service and management. The hours listed online say 7pm but their cutting station closed at 6:15pm. Clearly they do not want to make money and or assist customers. Seems like laziness and poor management.

Stopped going there. Bad enough to be disabled. To have the nasty people trying to hurt your feelings is crummy. I needed a price on something. Mean lady yells at me to go to the front from the back if I want it. Lady in front says she doesn't know. Go ask lady in back who BTW is not doing much but being mean. Really sad. I spend hundreds a year there. Maybe it is not enough. Also could not get a teacher discount for not teaching locally.

Debra was extremely rude to my mother in law today. Today my mother in law went to purchase yarn and use a coupon. Debra was so nasty an condescending. Debra should never be working as a manager. I feel sorry for her employees. Debra should not work with the public and should be kept in the back stocking shelves. Her skillset is poor and she is not very knowledgeable of her store and products. I hope no one else has to deal with her and rude attitude. We will keep her in our prayers and hopefully she can learn to be helpful instead of hurtful. She will not be a manager for very much longer.

I don't get why they post store hours if they're going to lock the doors 15 minutes before closing??? I rushed there from work to get one thing which I knew where it was located would've been in and out but the door was locked and I could see the worker ignoring me. Did I mention there were people inside still?
