Fantastic staff at this location! We rented all our wedding tuxes here and the process was easy and fast. Love their selection. Can’t say enough good things about the staff here! Helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

After being disappointed with the lack of customer service next door at mens warehouse, we were extremely happy with the service we received here. Greeted immediately and assisted from beginning to end with our tuxedo purchase. We will definitely be back and recommend this location to others.

NEEDED TO UPDATE REVIEW: Pretty disappointed after two failed attempts to have a custom blazer made. Selected two different materials one at a time from their "offered" fabrics and it took 2 weeks for them to figure out they didn't have enough material left and the second pick I went up grades in quality and they couldn't determine if it was available. How can you run a business like that? UPDATE: My sales rep Mark went to bat for me and made things right. If not for him they would have lost a customer for good. As long as he is there I will return.

I gotta tell you I’m a little blown away with the way I was just treated in this store. I purchased a suit at another store. A friend recommend that I take it to the Boynton Beach Store for alterations. I had called the store yesterday and was given an approximate price. I arrived today to have them done. The person working the desk stated that they were about two weeks out for alterations and that there is a surcharge for suits not purchased at there store. I requested to know a price and he told me that the price can climb quickly because I did not buy the suit from them. He then stated 23.00 dollars to have the pant hemmed. I kinda giggled that he thought that was a lot of money and then he asked again if I wanted to go somewhere else. At that point I could tell the store just did not want my business so I left. Bottom line, I would not recommend anyone does business with this store .

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE! I came in with all my groomsmen to get fitted for my wedding. There was 11 of us and our experience was nothing but the best. Carl is amazing and helped me pick out exactly what i was looking for. Mark helped every one of my groomsmen get fitted and interacted with everyone to make it a great experience. All around amazing service and i would 100 % recommend coming to this location. I live about 40 minutes away but i wont go to any other location but this one!

I ordered a $400 fitted custom suit for a friend’s wedding, they messed up the sizing length and I just asked if they could Tailor the pant length and said it was over 2 weeks behind and could not get it done within a week. I understand you guys are overworked, but if this is a mistake on your end, it should be fixed. Especially a client that has ordered multiple suits. Hopefully this can be fixed.

I have been shopping with Jos A Banks since 2017. I did most of my alterations at the Coral Gables store before it closed. Great service, fair prices and great tailors. I have a wedding coming up next weekend, so a month ago I ordered a suit. I figure the store in Boynton Beach would be as good as the one they had in Miami, took the suit in, got measured for adjustment, all good so far. I call three weeks later to check on the suit... suit got lost ! What was there solution? Make me going in telling me that they'll make right. I tell them I live in Miami, and so distance is a factor. No issue, if your suit isn't found, we get another. Instead, when I drive an hour to the store, they tell me they found another suit an ordered it but it wasn't there, so I needed to come back, get remeasure and then we'll see about the alterations getting done on time if I paid cash! I was angry, but didn't want to cause a scene. I just asked for a refund on the alterations I had paid for on the suit they lost. They couldn't even refund the suit, had to call the 1800 number to do that myself. I get that some people take advantage of return policies and good customer service, that doesn't mean good customer should pay the price. I mean they lost the suit, the onus should be on them, not inconvenience me because they did something wrong. I guess if you live close by, all good; but don't travel more than 30 minutes to do business here, not a well managed location. At least in my experience.

We came here in august to get fitted for our October wedding, everyone was fitted just fine with no issues. We were told to get the suits on the Wednesday before the wedding, the grooms tux was not there along with 2/4 of the grooms tuxes.When we got them, the grooms tux was way too big, they had to reorder the jacket which they could not guarantee arrival prior to the wedding, one tux had a hole in a seam. Most of the rental wear had pulls or stains. One tux had pants that were too long despite being fitted. The colors were wrong. Nothing was done properly and communication was lacking amongst the entire team.We went straight to our honeymoon and attempted to do their survey upon our return and it had “timed out” after two days of getting the link (so it didn’t get done)The individual that helped us the first time got transferred to another store but we fully believe that she is responsible for the errors in the fitting since she sized the groom and the groomsmen, as well as messing up the colors. And the person who helped us attempt to “resolve” the problems, seemed as though he didn’t care. My husbands jacket arrive 3 HOURS before our wedding. It was absolutely ridiculous

My friends wedding is coming up and I was telling the lady there that I’m on the group list. She kept asking me for the group code, which I replied, “I’m not sure of it, it should be listed by the Grooms name.” She then couldn’t figure it out and laughed at me. I was very upset and frustrated at this point. Luckily a nice man who does alterations was there to let her know what to do. She eventually found found it and started picking out what I’m supposed to wear. She picked the navy jacket and grey pants. I told her I can’t get the shirt and the tie today, which she kept pushing me to purchase it that day but I couldn’t afford it at the time. When she rang me up she charged me $280. I was in a state of shock I didn’t realize she didn’t give me the group rate. She was very pushy and I’m sure trying to get her numbers up. She did hold the shirt and tie for me. I told the bride about the price and quickly told me the price was not right. So I called and they said they could adjust it. That was fine, went in the next day after work to fix it. The guy working asked if I got the navy pants to which I replied no. So I had to go all the way back to my house to exchange them. Everything was fine after that. I think this is good place to get a good wedding attire for groomsmen at a great rate. I’m writing this review simply for the fact the lady laughed at me for not knowing the group code as well as pushing me to purchase the shirt when I told her I couldn’t get it today. The pushiness caused her to forget my group code and the right color pants.
